Had a great time at celebrating with family and friends for a 60th birthday celebration. Food was great and customer service was excellent. Very professional service.

I visited on 28th Feb with my mum and brother. The food was very good and we didn't have to wait the long from ordering to food arriving. The portions were good size and all three of us enjoyed our meals. However, the service was quite poor. After we had finished our mains no-one came to collect our plates at all. It must have been 20/25 mins and as well as our plates not being collected no-one came to see if we wanted more drinks or ask if we wanted to see the dessert menus. Eventually we decided to pay at the bar as we didn't want to wait around any longer. I'm not sure I'll be visiting again if this is the level of service which is a pity as the food here is really good.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food - just back from South Africa and wanted to remind ourselves of the lovely food out there but food was dry and very hot and not that tasty and definitely not like that we experienced out there

visited last night with my wife for a celebratory meal. staff were very welcoming and really looked after us. The food was delicious and although our drinks were missed this wasn't an issue as they were so busy so a wait is to be expected. Will definitely be back.

An enjoyable evening for Fathrr and Son. I'm disabled and booked with ease. When we arrived we were shown to our table which was an easy access. We were warmly welcomed and our host looked after us. The service was excellent and we were allowed to enjoy. the evening without being pressured. The food was very good and we would certainly recommend Neel Paneer.

Family meal to celebrate my Mums 85th birthday. Really impressed with staff, very friendly and attentive, made the occasion feel special. Food beautiful, great choice, reasonably priced and portions are huge. Very much recommended

Gave up waiting an hour after our booking as we had no drinks and food order had only just been taken. Ordered bottles of wine to make it easier but that didn’t help!

We waited a long time to be offered drinks or to order food. It was busy and the atmosphere was good. We had the beef and the thai chicken tacos and nachos and the food was all very good. The service was what let it down. We asked for cutlery as our food arrived and were given the bill and a card machine and when we did go up to the bar to pay, our bill had items on it we did not have and once rectified, the person charged us too much (by 50p so no biggie but we would have liked at least an apology for the over charging). Hopefully these are just teething issues with the venue only recently opening.

I first ate here years ago and it was amazing, I was so pleased to return with friends and know that it was as good as it always was!

We were disappointed to be greeted with a request to prove our online booking on our first visit to L'Aquila as our booking hadn’t been recorded and then a suggestion that it would be better to Ring to make sure In saying that the food was excellent and service as good but as someone else has said the lighting could be a little more subtle to enhance the atmosphere and the experience Staff were friendly

Overall very good food nice only hiccup was on arriving having booked in had a wait to get drinks from the bar only one person behind person having to multi task waiting on to customers dining

Meal on Saturday 2nd March. As usual the food was delicious. Service was great along with the very helpful and pleasant staff. And what a lovely atmosphere.
