Great food and v generous portions. Staff really friendly. Lovely place fir lunch. Can totally reccommend.

Hi,first time here and it won't be the last, had lovely lunch opted for the jumbo fish and chips and it was the best I've had in many many years. Staff very friendly and chatted to one for a while about the place itself and sounds brilliantly run,I will be back as they say to try the brisket pie (yummy).Thanks and see you soon.

Food lovely off the senior menu and relaxing to catch up with friends. Unfortunately the service was a bit too slow, we had to ask if we had been forgotten. Order taken within 10 minutes of us sitting down which was fine but 40 minutes later we still hadn’t had our meals and others around who had ordered after us were served.

The food was excellent as was the atmosphere and service, highly recommend it.

Recently went on Mother’s Day and it was my mum‘s birthday. The service and the food were excellent. The staff were really lovely and attentive. The food was excellent. Will definitely visit again. We have visited several times before already well done everybody. Thank you

Great food and excellent service. Mums really enjoyed the Mother's Day afternoon tea and so many lovely cakes had to take some home to enjoy later!

Went on Mother’s Day - first visit for several years - and had a great experience. Food was excellent, as was the service- and atmosphere was really relaxed and welcoming. Will be back soon

Visited here for Mothers Day with my wife and son. it is our favourite restaurant anywhere as the food is always fresh and amazing tastes. Atmosphere was great, with plenty of staff on hand who are always very pleasant. Prices have gone up slightly, but that is expected in the current economy.
