The Three Crowns – OldhamFirst time , will be going back
The Three Crowns – OldhamFirst time visit. Very impressed with the food and the service. Will definitely go again.
Anatolian Grill – PrestwichThis visit the food was not nice as usual cold soup to start with that had to be sent back, the stroganoff was not up to spec a few peaces of beef but mostly mushrooms so guess mushroom stroganoff with a few bits of beef thrown in sad really as we go often to there.
The Rising Moon – HydeWe’ve eaten at a lot of restaurants over the years, but L’Aquila is, without a doubt, the best we’ve ever been to. We happily travel from Westhoughton to Prestwich just for the food, and it’s worth every mile. The Ribeye Surf & Turf is hands down the best steak we’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and full of flavour. Every part of the dish is cooked to perfection, and you can really tell the ingredients are high quality. The service is always warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes every visit feel special. It’s rare to find a restaurant that’s consistently outstanding, but L’Aquila delivers every single time. If you’re looking for exceptional food, especially an unforgettable steak, we couldn’t recommend L’Aquila highly enough. It’s become our favourite restaurant, and we’ll keep making the journey back again and again.
L’Aquila Prestwich – PrestwichHad a lovely Sunday lunch, all fresh and good quality ingredients. Amazing service and the restaurant was full all afternoon
The Three Crowns – OldhamFrom start to finish, the whole experience was flawless. If there was a blueprint on how to run a restaurant, L'Aquila would be a prime example. It was my wife's birthday, staff genuinely made it an important part of the evening. I have a crustacean allergy, the obvious allergen policy and procedures made me feel safe, especially as the rest of the family had prawn/shrimp in their starters or main course. The food was simply delicious. I had a fillet steak, I like mine medium rare. Unlike other establishments, the chef cooked the steak to perfection. All the staff were brilliant, they had a smile on their faces that seemed they genuinely enjoyed working for the business. I could go on and on, but you can obviously see how much we enjoyed eating at L'Aquila.
L’Aquila Prestwich – PrestwichFood was amazing, relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. Very reasonabke prices *****
Curiosity – AthertonStunning as always...best fillet steak in the North West
Papa Luigis – WiganWe visited The Three Crowns last Sunday for a Sunday lunch and it was amazing, the service was phenomenal very welcoming and friendly.. I had the roast beef served pink and it was Devine !! Everything was fantastic but I have to say them Yorkshire puddings are amazing !!!! We will definitely be returning and highly recommend.
The Three Crowns – OldhamHad a lovely Sunday lunch. Jodie is so welcoming and her team are very good at making sure everyone is happy. Food was delicious with excellent service. Will definitely recommend and go again.
The Three Crowns – OldhamWhilst visiting my family we decided to try The Rising Moon and both the food and service were excellent on a busy Sunday afternoon.
The Rising Moon – HydeSeated at 8pm , 8:40 pm before we got 2 poppadoms? Service was so slow which is a shame as food was excellent but to take 1hour 45 mins to get a two course meal once we complained was poor no apologies given !!!!! Such a shame
Poynton Pakora – StockportVery accommodating as we booked last minute. Staff were friendly and everywhere was lovely and clean. Garlic mushrooms starter was very nice. We then had four roast dinners, the lamb was tasty but quite fatty and the chicken was a tiny bit pink in the middle. Crumble was lovely and so was the cheesecake. The chocolate brownie was very bitter and tasted of just dark chocolate powder.
The Three Crowns – OldhamExcellent food, large portions. lovely staff & fab service. Will definitely go back!
