We were a group of four adults and two children. Food was excellent and children’s portions very generous. The two waitresses provided excellent service. We usually only stop off for a coffee after walking the Worth Way but will certainly be back for another meal in the near future.

However, It was a confusing menu, we didn't realise that it was basically a fish tapas,and we had expected to order, starter, main and maybe desert. Can see that regular customers could go away very disappointed, certainly with portion sizes and style of the meal. Service good, except the new concept was not made clear to us. Value for money, not so good, we have had many lunches out locally(across Sussex), which are just over half of the price, I think you have possibly made it a marmite place. Food score on taste and quality would be 5, But, on value and choice 2
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaI haven’t been to Into the Blue for a few years and have to say I was rather disappointed with the Tapas style menu. The only option for a main course size meal was the fish and chips all others were more of a starter size yet still fairly expensive.

Staff need a bit more training regarding food content as I have a grandson with numerous food allergies and waiter had no idea of food ingredients. This type of knowledge is a vital part of hospitality training and managers need to ensure their staff have this knowledge at hand.

Although we understand your desire to refresh the choices, and increase the prices, we left feeling rather disappointed. We were in a group of six, and maybe the two of us will return, but we’re not so confident now about inviting friends to join us. We all found the choices rather confusing, although the food was good. You previously had a winning formula, with a good seafood menu which kept us coming back. As always the service was excellent.
