Great place to eat especially if you have food intolerances. I am gluten and dairy free and there were so many choices available, I was really happy because eating out is difficult for me, normally I do not have many options that are both gluten and dairy free. I was really impressed, the food was so good. I had a BLT and chips, Cherry Bakewell flapjack and a coconut cappuccino! All amazing. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Great experience on a cold Friday evening, busy, loud, lively, friendly. Great service, great food, great ambience - 3 sisters came to visit and loved it! Fish pie, Lamb pie both great - wine cold and lovely...

The service was great and the oysters, dover sole and bouillabaisse were excellent. Thank you for a great evening.

Food was mediocre for the ramen night. We sadly left hungry. It was cold in the pub that our son and myself wore our coats for the duration of the meal. Our son ordered off the normal menu and the portion size was much better. I would try again but not a speciality night. I will also go in warmer weather. Service was slow, we waited nearly an hour for a bowl of noodles!

Always a reliably good place to eat! Delicious and good value, too. Beat fish destination in Shoreham by far. Cost venue, too

It has been some time since we had lunch here, only because we're not too often in the area. Happily, we were able to have a return visit this week and it was as good as ever. We like it for the very good seafood options and the very cheerful service - all at good value. Let's hope we can come back sooner next time.

Lovely late lunch on a very busy Procession & Firework afternoon. 9 of us and service was great. Cosy pub with nice atmosphere - quirky & really interesting decor! Food was generally great across the board although pil pil prawns didn't go down as well. Steaks excellent as were Mussels Marinara, Chilli Squid and Whitebait. Burgers and Beef stew were good. Vino verde white lovely. Will definitely be back.

The Sunday roast was excellent. We were happy with cost and the staff very helpful.

Really good food and service on a busy night (fireworks) Has a good selection of real ales too. Only small gripe was that the vegetables with the pie dish were over salted. Other than that - great!

The fact that I’m a regular visitor says it all.
