Enjoyed a lovely birthday lunch with my husband & daughter. Food and service were excellent and would certainly recommend. In a lovely setting in Prestbury.

We had a lovely family Saturday lunch yesterday. The meal was very competitively priced, the food was lovely, and the service immaculate. We have been going to Bacchus for many years and it plays an important part in our family events.

Fabulous evening. As always, we all thoroughly enjoyed our evening, especially as we celebrated my birthday and our daughters anniversary. Wonderful food, great wine and staff that are second to non. So good that we visited twice this week. Thank you all.

A very lively, well decorated restaurant that had an excellent atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive We had to wait quite a while for the food (we only had main courses) but it was excellent when it arrived A very pleasant eating experience

Booked a romantic meal for two managed to get a table at very short notice. There was a good selection of meals on the menu I chose the regular haddock and chips my wife the chicken in Sriracha sauce. My fish was super large and delicious my wife totally enjoyed her meal also. We both had a desert of Belgian waffle and ice cream which was to die for. Services was excellent and the price reasonable for the venue

We were a party of 4 visiting at 7pm on a Saturday night. Our two relatives, visiting front Lancashire, had requested that we revisit The Plough as they had enjoyed their previous visit earlier this year. They were not disappointed. The food was great, the staff were friendly and attentive and a good time was had by all. The only disappointing aspect of the visit was that, although they were quite busy when we arrived, during the course of our meal the place gradually emptied. Our visitors couldn't believe it. Where they live a place like The Plough would be heaving from 6.30 on a Saturday night and they would be beating people off with sticks at the door. Give this place a try. I doubt you will be disappointed

I took my dad to the egerton arms for lunch yesterday and not only was the food great but the service was amazing. My dad has some mobility issues and it’s really important when we go out that he is made to feel respected and included . The staff did just that, they were brilliant with everyone in there and really created a good atmosphere! Would definitely go again

Great food and attentive and friendly staff, we are moving to the area in 2025 so to find a 'local' as nice as this on our doorstep is a big positive, looked to be lost planned for 2025 with tribute nights etc!

We have never been disappointed here, whether when eating together or with the whole family. The staff are so welcoming, pleasant and friendly.

We visit Bacchus quite often and have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly yet professional, the food is wonderful and there is an excellent selection to suit all tastes. Looking forward to our next visit.

We were a table of four and had a lovely meal in a nice pub atmosphere. Very friendly and service-minded staff. Puddings seemed a bit expensive, but they were very tasty.

Food was great , but felt rushed as kitchen shut at 8 , we arrived at 7 but rushing us all the time why did they not tell us when we booked ??

We had lunch here with 2 friends recently. The food was really good and the portions very generous. The buttermilk and smokey bacon light bite with fries was really tasty and freshly cooked. Our friends were really impressed with their meals and drinks too. The service and value and friendliness of the staff was first class. We'll definitely be going back.

Well, booked for 5 adults on a round table for 2-00. The food was lovely. We all had a different dish, they arrived together. They were all hot ( hate cold chips) and the service was excellent. In fact the staff were a credit, warm welcome and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely go again.
