Excellent meal served by friendly and professional staff. Cosy atmosphere with cost very reasonable for Keswick. Will definitely return on our next visit to Keswick.

Been here several times now, we had another pleasant meal and it was suitable for gluten free but these were limited choices. Kids meal was poor in comparison. Be good if they did half an adult meal portions for children instead of the usual fayre.

An excellent meal at dinner a week ago. Friendly and efficient service, a warm greeting and a suitable table for a single diner. Delicious,well presented food. Scallops and bacon to start followed by venison with a local cheeseboard to finish. Good quality accompanying wines. I can heartily recommend this restaurant in the heart of Penrith. Worth a journey if not staying in the town as I was.

Had two meals here in March 2024 (and a few previously) I must say the food - in my opinion - is the best in the Keswick area. Proper fresh meals with plenty of fresh veg, new potatoes, lovely steak. Every time I visit I comment on how nice the food is. The servie is also superb., efficient and fast with a smile. The vaule for money is also very good with meals at very reasonable prices by todays standards. The one improvement I would make is to take bookings until later in the evening, the market is there, especially with summer arriving, with the quality of food and service that you provide, you could easily fill seats. I will definateley be returning

We had a wonderful experience at Lewis Bistro. The welcoming staff and fantastic food made my visit truly enjoyable. However, the restaurant allowing dogs to walk past diners while eating was a bit off-putting. Overall, I would still recommend this place for its great service and delicious dishes."

31.3.24. The pub has had a lovely makeover and this was their first Sunday after the kitchen update. The service was great and the food was really very good, hot, tasty and cooked just right. Will definitely be returning.

Hosted our engagement party last night at La Mezzaluna, the food and service were fantastic. Created such a memorable night for us.
