Bread and Butter – PrestonHad a fabulous lunch here this week. The food was exceptional. Great staff. Very warm welcome. Recommend the cauliflower and the ribs. Best place in Rawtenstall.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallLunch yesterday, perfect as always
Bread and Butter – PrestonWe went to the Bee's Kitchen on Wednesday 7/5/25. There were 3 of us - my husband, my sister -in-law and me and we all said how good the food was. Unfortunately we all had the same - steak pie - and it was excellent. It was freshly cooked as were the potatoes and vegetables. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. When we next visit we will each try something different so that we can compare what we have. Thanks very much for a very pleasant experience.
Bees Kitchen and Deli – ChorleyWe haven't been to Papas for a while due to a bad meal last year, however we have since moved to within walking distance so thought we'd give it another go. The new decor is a vast improvement however I have to say unfortunately the food was not. We ordered off the early bird menu which seemed to have good choice and good value for money. It started off well, the starters where nice although a little basic. It went down hill when the mains arrived. My daughter's pasta was cold, the pork loin was like it had been cooked last week- it was very dry! And the roast potatoes were the worst roast potatoes we've ever had. I do have to say there is a very good dessert menu though, that's the only thing we would return for. We wait to be asked if everything was ok to give our feed back however this was never asked even at the point of paying. Very disappointing.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyMy steak pie was lovely as usual but it seemed much smaller than last time Fine for me but it wouldn't have been enough for my husband especially as the chips were bland and unappetising tonight. He enjoyed his ribs plus fries and salad, said they were the best he'd had but was not impressed with them being served on a wobbly board. Why do chefs still do this? Service was excellent, our waitress was very pleasant and attentive.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnQuality food at a reasonable prices. Lovely staff and service

3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeCDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – Darwen
Definitely would not recommend this restaurant its aim is to provide a fine dining experience but it’s far from that. The staff are rude and dismissive and the food is nothing special You can definitely find better restaurants in the Manchester area that is better value of money.
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenFood was amazing! The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back soon.
