Hands down some of the best food in Clitheroe!
Brizola Bar & Grill – ClitheroeAmazing restaurant! My second visit and it did not disappoint, great pizzas. We had a lovely evening!
Site Pizzeria – TodmordenAmazing food as always. I booked for my family to celebrate Mothers Day (a week later) and WOW. There were 11 of us all of us had brilliant food and drinks!! The table we sat on was great too as it was like our own private sitting area! Highly recommend this restaurant!!
Quattro’s – OrmskirkWe’ve been coming for 10 years to Quattros and it gets better and better. The service is 2nd to none. The food is fantastic every time we love the place our favourite by a long way. Thank you
Quattro’s – OrmskirkFood was nice but quite expensive for what it was. Limited menu so just went for steak which was ok for £35 but not amazing. Paper napkins in a pricey restaurant felt a bit cheap. Sat by the door so spent most of the meal distracted every 10 seconds but I guess we were just unlucky with the table we got. Staff were very pleasant. Only one toilet for the whole restaurant and bar doesn’t seem ideal. On the whole, nice enough place but won’t rush back.
Toms Table – ClitheroeThis was our first visit to 3 Millstones as we won vouchers to spend there. We were impressed by the food and the service though it was a bit quiet. We will certainly go back again.
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeVery friendly service, excellent food in a lovely atmosphere. With a good pint of Wainwrights to boot. Thanks
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleLovely as always
Quattro’s – OrmskirkExcellent as always!
Site Pizzeria – TodmordenAnother amazing meal at Papas. Great food, great service and suitable for any occasion. Highly recommend this restaurant. The staff are amazing, the food is fantastic and it’s reasonably priced
Papa Luigis – ChorleyLovey meal as always, great atmosphere. I just wish they did some small meals as the food is great but too much for some people. They used to do a few years ago.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnPleasantly surprised
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleHaving enjoyed two previous visits to the Ship for Friday lunch, we had no hesitation in booking to treat our daughter and two young grandchildren. We arrived early, to an empty pub and settled at a nice table. The young barmaid seemed inexperienced in her role and ill informed about the menu, particularly in relation to gluten free dietary needs. We ordered one gluten free and one regular fish and chips, a gluten free burger and chips (with the non gf roll to be served separately for the children to eat) and a child’s pizza for the young ones to share. The burger and roll were side by side on the plate, defeating the object and the burger was over cooked and dry. The chips served with both fish plates were tepid and not at all to the standard of previous visits. With hungry young children we opted to just get on with the food. Sauces were not delivered and we had to repeat the request. On settling the bill, the barmaid enquired if everything was okay with our meals. I tried to explain that our experience was disappointing compared to previous visits but she was ill equipped to receive or respond to my comments. What should have been a treat fell very flat and was most disappointing.
Ship Inn – LancasterReally lovely first visit here. Food was amazing only downside was being squished against the table and there wasn’t really any room to move due to the table we were on and a big party behind squishing me! Not the restaurants fault but definitely didn’t help our experience. Would definitely visit again
Bread and Butter – PrestonAbsolutely loved the new lay out of the restaurant. The food was amazing and the staff really friendly and helpful. The cost of a meal was around £16 for a main course and definitely worth it we had the Steak and Stilton pie the portion size was really generous and we cant wait to return.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallWe had the sirloin steak and it was delicious! Cooked perfect. Can’t fault the staff, the service was excellent. Can’t wait to come back!
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallAnother very enjoyable meal served by friendly staff
Toms Table – ClitheroeAmazing food, exceeded our expectations. So nice to find such tasty veggie options in the area for a change. Lovely place and delightful staff. The coffee and cakes were also delicious.
