Good value for money Excellent food Great friendly staff
Papa Luigis – ChorleySuperb. Food, service, atmosphere. Our 2nd visit and every bit as good as our first.
Toms Table – ClitheroeDelicious food and great service. Can’t wait to go again!
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallThe food was great, although some of the prices for drinks didn’t make sense - in a lot of cases it’s cheaper to get 2 x half pints rather than a full pint. The lasagne was also too oily but that could be personal preference. Unfortunately the service was a let down. Only 1 member of staff appears to know what they are doing, whilst the others just walk around pretending to be busy: we ended up having to order drinks at the bar after 20 minutes of waiting to be served, and food we had to ask a waitress if we could place our order.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallAwesome food (fav in Lancaster) also awesome service (multiple people are help and are super friendly and check in often so you always have what you want). Reasonable prices for such high quality of food. Gave us a free round on the house for no reason except for great hospitality!
Sydney’s of Lancaster – LancasterAbsolutely brilliant. Will definitely be coming back
Toms Table – ClitheroeGood Tapas selection, very good portion sizes and excellent quality. Add this to the lovely, this made for a very enjoyable experience.
Bread and Butter – PrestonWe had a party of 9 booked & pre ordered our food 2 days before. It took about 15 minutes after we were seated to take a drink order & the drinks took a while to arrive after that. The food arrived about 45 minutes after we were seated & it was very good. We have been here multiple times & loved the food each time.
Sydney’s of Lancaster – LancasterVast improvement since the refurb. We were seated downstairs in the pub part, lovely atmosphere, pleasant service, food excellent - home made steak pie with shortcrust pastry, the real deal. Quite expensive but no more than any other ‘gastro pub’ nowadays and really good quality.
The Golden Ball Hotel – MorecambeWe booked a table for a family meal on New Years Eve 2022. The service was good and the food was absolutely beautiful. Quattros is one of our favourite places to go for a celebration meal. Definitely the worth a visit if you haven’t tried it before!
Quattro’s – OrmskirkBest Italian around not found anywhere that can compete with the quality of food, excellent service and staff and value for money. Visit at least once a month and never had a bad meal, friendly staff and great atmosphere usually arrive early and have a drink in the bar before being taken into main restaurant. We been visiting for years and never been let down, you will need to book as it has become very popular and is always full when we arrive.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkExcellent meal...nice surroundings ..friendly helpful staff..
Anatolia Grill – St HelensWhat can I say. The food was amazing and the service was excellent considering it was New Years eve and the restaurant was, as usual, very busy. Great atmosphere, and I look forward to returning.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkVisited New Years Eve, Service was quick, food was excellent, would highly recommend and will visit again.
Toms Table – ClitheroeMyself, my husband and daughter booked the Whitchaff for New Years Eve and were not disappointed. The food was lovely and beautifully presented. I had smoked salmon and crayfish to start, followed by Seared rump of lamb on a bed of sautéed potatoes and green beans and peas. To finish I had the lemon cheesecake. The Whitchaff has recently undergone a major refurbishment which has made it even more cosy/inviting than it already was. We will definitely be attending to eat there again. The staff were very friendly and obliging also. Thank you for a lovely evening.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallHad a table booked on New Years Eve from start to finish first class service , food and hospitality. Highly recommend at the moment the best around.
Toms Table – ClitheroeThis is not a full review, just a comment about the current booking system. I booked online for a party of 3 on Saturday afternoon, and received a confirmatory email. Unfortunately the staff were unable to find us a table and even showed us an iPad image of their full bookings till 9.30pm, to demonstrate the impossibility of fitting us anytime in the next 7 hours. We accepted this information and did not the blame the staff member at all. Thankfully we were able to book at the Cotton House on their online booking system and had a lovely meal there half an hour later!
