I took my friend, who was visiting, to lunch. I'm so glad I did. We had the two course special which was very good value and absolutely delicious. Service was top notch. A good time was had by all.

Never been to the venue before but it was in the middle of where all the family live and we met their of a family gathering everything was good, friendly staff helpful service good with a good menu with plenty of choice which resulted in a lovely meal. Thank you

I visited The Traders yesterday with my brother and sister to celebrate our birthdays. The table was booked for 1pm and we arrived at 12-50pm. We placed our orders for main courses which arrived at 1-45pm! I had asked one of the waitresses if they usually took so long to get their orders out and she said that they were a chef down and only had a trainee chef. The servings were minuscule and would have been insufficient for a seven year old! My sister and I agreed that we would have a pudding but were then advised that there were no sponge/ pancakes/ trifles of the day! A very disappointing visit, especially as we had not visited for some time and had received good reports about the place. I complained about the long wait and the small portions and received an apology. Could not possibly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Had a lovely lunch at the restaurant on 30 July to celebrate my friend's 70th birthday. The food and service were very good and there was a jolly atmosphere.

A busy Wednesday night at Quattros. Food was excellent as usual and the service was spot on. Good wines and great atmosphere. Thank you, Paul, for looking after us.

Another excellent lunch with friends. Halloumi kebabs from the grill menu were delicious. Great value, efficient friendly service makes the Lunesdale the best option by far.

Amazing environment, ambience, service, and delightful food. The management is extremely attentive and communicative. My favourite Indian food restaurant in Cumbria.. A very special dining experience.

Disappointed with the choice on the lunch menus. Sandwiches amazing but salads disappointing and quite expensive. Would have loved to have seen baked potatoes on the menu

Quite disappointed to start, as we booked our table via website for 7.15pm actually sat down at 7.50pm, no apologies given. Food was lovely, service at table cannot fault.

After an absence of many years, decided to make a return visit for Friday evening dinner. Absolutely superb in every detail - the food, the service, the premises. Will we return? Definitely.
