We French go to the Crown and the food and service are always great. We took our friends for the first time and they really enjoyed it too. Thank you Danni and team for a great Sunday lunch as usual.
The Crown Monk Fryston – GarforthSecond time here for food and it did not disappoint. Had the calamari to start with- which is hands down the nicest I’ve ever eaten. Mixed kebab for main which was also delicious. Good portion sizes for the price , very tasty food. The only thing I would say is both times I’ve been the acoustics in there make it quite noisy - I found it hard to hear my friend at times. Not sure if there’s much they can do- perhaps some softer furnishings to absorb some of the noise? Wouldn’t put me off though- food is delicious
The Aegean Taverna – HullFirst time at Giorgios while on a holiday trip. I was totally blown away by the food. It was outstanding and beautifully presented. There is so much choice on the menu and the staff were very friendly. The dessert menu was hard to choose as all were enticing especially if you are sat by the dessert chiller! I will be returning next time i'm in Leeds. Well done Giorgios!
