I went to the stubbing wharf for Sunday lunch it is a pub with a lot of character, there is a good choice of Ales and the food was excellent, i had a roast dinner and i was particularly impressed by the veg which was cooked very well, i also had a side portion of chips which were homemade. The place was busy and i will be going back!!

Sugarvine's write-up and photo don't do this place justice - Prashad is an exceptionally delicious place to eat. I gladly take family and friends the hour-long journey from York just to taste the special chaat and masala dosa. Kaushy and Minal's street food specialities and traditional curries are a different class from Indian restaurant food from anywhere else, and the friendly service means I even take the children! Wish I lived closer.

Been recommended to go here by many friends so took the plunge on Sunday - wow, what a lovely place this is. Nicely done out and a lovely warm welcome from a female blonde Manageress as we entered. Was very full with a Christening, but the service was still fast (maybe too fast -= we had one of our meals in less than 5 minutes). Staff were very attentive but not pushy. Food was piping hot and tasted fresh too. Great gravy. Good range of wines and beers - the WOld Top was delicious. Puddings choice a bit limited and didn't seem home made us. We will definitely try it again. A top notch restaurant. .

Been to this restaurant twice now, and have not been disappointed. The food is to die for, very well presented, extremely well cooked and tastes divine. This is quite possibly the best steak i have ever had. Can be a bit expensive if you have three courses and wine - we had two courses, a bottled beer each, bottle of water, and then coffees. which was £105 for two - but well worth it !!!.

On Sunday afternoon we went to Leeds with our visitor from India where he gave a brilliant lecture on ‘Karma’. Afterwards we came top Prashad for a meal. Our guest had spring rolls, paneer masala and Naan. We had bhel supreme, masala dosa, chickpea cholé and puris. It was a perfect end to the day. Our guest was very pleased with the meal, the atmosphere of Prashad and the first-class service that was provided by our ever-smiling, pleasant, efficient waiter. Thank you Prashad.

We have been going to the Sheesh Mahal for over 10 years and have yet to be disappointed. The food is always of the best quality and the staff and friendly, helpful and very efficient. Whilst we generally go to the Sheesh Mahal on Kirkstall Road we have been to the one at Chapel Allerton which also serves the same quality food and have helpful and friendly staff. Always recommend to anyone asking where the best Indian restaurant is in Leeds.

I recommend Prashad for its own home made vegetarian meal. The family are very friendly, advices us on which food goes with which. And if its a dish i cant make at home...i know i can always get it from them. Homely/friendly/caring and i love it.

Prashad is perhaps one of only a few real Indian restaurants. The food is well prepared and has the home made feel of it. The fact that it is vegetarian is a real bonus as this really underpins the authenticity of the food. I commend it and would recommend everyone to have a chaat at least. Ummmmm

We had been to Leeds in the afternoon, where I delivered a lecture. Afterwards my hosts brought me to Prashad in Bradford. This was my second visit in about ten days. This time I had spring rolls, panner masala, and Naan. We had a wonderful feast.

We were staying at the Cedar Court Hotel round the corner from this restaurant and stumbled upon by chance. It was lively and had lovely decor. The food was tasty and there was lots of it. The meal was personalised to our tastes, they added extra chillis! The staff were friendly and very efficient, if we're ever in York again we would eat at Akbars.

we went sunday 5th sept.very nice inside. friendly staff,thought we would try their sunday buffet food was great although no choice for vegi's like me.they were quick to offer to make an alternative which was very nice.sadly they were slow and ended up eating mine on my own even though hubby had gone back for repeats!They had no itemised bill and when i went to pay had nothing written as to what our table of eight had had!! I had a voucher that i had purchased with no restriction imposed on it except not to be used with any other offer and as the buffet is a sunday menu not on special,i was shocked on being refused to spend it!! I had to ask the man three times what he had said as spoke very quietly with his head down and didn't even look me in the eye! I'm quite saddened by the whole experience. especially when i was recommended by a friend who had used her voucher six weeks or so ago and had 'nt had any problem! I didn't make an issue as we had taken two friends with us i was just embarrassed and paid up on my credit card!!

Crisp, trendy, and brightly coloured -the place is delightful - very good food and excellent staff - we all had a top night Loved the steak with peppercorn sauce and crispy light zucchine! mmmm! will be visiting again very soon!

We had been to a meeting in Leeds and as it was getting on to dinner time, on our way home we made our way to Prashad. The place was busy with well-pleased diners, no doubt drawn like us by Kaushy and Minal’s unique kitchen magic. We had corn rolls, masala dosa, rengan and peas and puris The food here seems to get better and better at our each visit! The service in Prashad is simply the best in Bradford.

We went on a Thursday night to celebrate my mum and sisters birthday. The service was delightful, really friendly couple who run the restaurant, and the food tasty and wholesome, and reasonably priced.

wow, what a find, steaks to die for, will be returning time and time again, if the waist line allows

I love Starbucks in the Wool Exchange because of the historic character, but the Centenary Square cafe is great to sit outside on a fine day and as always, Starbucks coffee tastes great as do the cakes and the service is generally friendly.

The best Indian restaurant. Consistently tasty, well prepared food. Staff always very helpful and friendly. Price very reasonable for exceptional standard of food. Been going years, and will continue to do so. No gripes. 10/10. Keep up the good work Zaff and crew.
