In2008 I had taken my wife to Zouk for Valentines. They had served me the wrong order twice, but what irreitated me the most was the 3 hours it had taken before we could get out of there. Food was also cold. Not worth the visit.

My husband and I visit regularly for lunch. We find the food excellent and the staff very friendly.The price is right for both food and drinks, and in these desperate times, that,s got to be good. We would recommend The Cock and Crown to anyone who wants to eat excellent hot food at brilliant prices. Keep it up.

I took my family for the 1st time to a meal at the sweet centre restaurant in west yorkshire. For the starter menu, we ordered the Seekh kebabs, chicken pakoras and Samosa's which were very filling and not too spicy. For the main meal, i ordered several dishes, including balti ghost, the chicken masala with nan and the Fish Masala for the wife. The fish masala tasted fresh and tasty with their unique Green mint sauce, which the husband enjoyed. to end the meal, we sampled their rassmalaai and matka Kulfi which the kids seem to take a liking to. Although it was a busy evening, I would definitely recommend this place in terms of prices and food quality. we found the staff very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. 9/10.

We had passed it many times on our way to the A19, but never ate or drank in the establishment. We went there on my wife's birthday 15.1.09 with our sons and their respective partners and the food, prices, service and friendliness of the hosts was excellent. It is well worth the drive on twisty country roads at night to experience the Haynes Arms we will return.

We haven't visited the Aroma since it has been refurbished but planning to experience this on Saturday 14.2.09. My wife isn't keen on spicy or hot dishes, but really enjoys the food at the Aroma, along with the excellent service and competitive price. I have been informed the refurbishment is the only change, everything else is as before.

I went to Catus Jacks, Doncaster because my fiance's daughter recommended it. I am from Del Rio, Texas and live on the mexican border. So I have tried Texas/Mex and Mexican versions. Wow were the Jalapeno poppers good. I ordered the Ribs and the taste was wonderful and just like Texas Ribs. The meat was falling off the bone. She ordered enchilada's and they were great. I had some wonderful margarita's and did a couple of Tequila shots with salt and lemon..Yummmmy. What a great place to eat if looking for Tex/Mex food and take it from a Texan it is great Texas style food. I'm going back this week for more. I brought some Texas License plates and will be giving them to the restaurant to put up on the wall. Richard

The food was very fresh and tasty, one of the best restaurants i have been to in a long time. I will definitely be coming again.

visited on New Years Eve 08 from the moment we stepped through the door we were treated so kindly and the meal was so tasty and the wine was house red Merlot at a very good price. this was our second visited and we cant wait to go back and take some friends, the best in Doncaster.

The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The specials board is 2nd to none as far as I am concerned.

Prashad is unique. Each dish is unlike any curry i have ever tasted. Beautiful and unusual tastes and wonderful combinations. You just have to work through the menu and then return occasionally to old favourites. I fully recommend Prashad.

Subtle flavours, fabulous contrasts and a fantastic family all make Prashad the premier vegetarian spot in Bradford, chaat and bhel supreme are our summer staples and we come back to Prashad year on year from its small one shop beginnings many years ago. The surroundings may have changed but the quality, innovation and passion for creating fabulous food hasn't.

A beautifully crafted authentic Greek feel to the restaurant, complete with bouzouki players and a liberal smattering of plate smashing heightens your anticipation of some wonderful Mediterranean flavours. Othello doesn't disappoint on this front with a menu packed full of classic Greek dishes - good, honest, simple, traditional cooking. We opted for the Traditional Meat Meze. A starter course of tzatziki, houmous, taramasalata and pitta breads led on to delightful dolmades, kleftiko, stifado and more meat than a person should really eat in one sitting! An evening at Othello is just that - an evening - linger over dinner for hours the way the Greeks do, you'll be glad you did.

If you're looking for good food then this is the place. Do not come here for 2 for 1 £3.99 deals. Microwaves are obviously a part of this place but not boil in the bag. The range of foods will satisfy all but the fussiest. Its preparation and presentation will make you want to return time and time again. Ive only been at lunchtime and its busy. Evenings can be crowded and less relaxing an atmosphere i'm told. To be sure you need to book. You will not be disappointed

Beatson House is one of those little treasures that hide away just waiting to be discovered. We were there just before Christmas and its such a refreshing change to have good food and good service. Its not stuffy there just nicely well mannered. No mobile phones, no screaming kids. Only downer for me is the small car park but hey if your well fed you can ignore that minor point - McDonalds has massive car parks but it in now way improves their food!!

over priced average mix of boring tried and tested and very strange food, slack service, seems to be suffering from a more contemporary competition?

If I ever go to a curry house in Bradford, its always Omar Khans. The food is delicious and you feel very well looked after by the staff who are always very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

Excellent food, excellent staff and excellent wine!! Its perfect and the complimentary pizza bread, saute potatoes and free shot with every meal, makes it that little more special. Everything is home cooked as you can see that from the open plan kitchen. The staff are really friendly and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Oh and did I mention the choice of food! wow so much to choose from!!! I had my 30th party there at the beginning of the month and I knew that all my friends and family would enjoy it and they did, so it made my evening very special indeed.
