Booked tables for a party of 16, on Friday 28th July. Lovely food, atmosphere. Friendly accommodating staff, apart from the barman. Who was not friendly at all. We spent a lot of money between us all. We would come back, but just to make you aware of the attitude against everyone of us.

Goya Bistro – St. HelensThis was our second visit and we will be back for sure. Food is amazing , fresh and tasty and their lamb chops are made to perfection. The only suggestion/observation - Greek salad had very little feta cheese .The staff are attentive and professional. When we visited - Sat evening -it was a bit hectic and noisy - in particular one table, which spoilt our visit a bit. I noticed other customers were unhappy about the noise from this table too and left quickly. But this was not the restaurant's fault at all.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit, hence the recommendation Unfortunately, although the food was excellent, the evening was spoiled by the wrong food turning up. Also two of the mains came as a starter, even though we already had our starter Food excellent, service disappointing, but down to one man. The two women were great and tried to right his wrongs Not sure if I will return
