We, a party of 7, visited the Waggon & Horses on Saturday the 11th July, we were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff and after a drink in the bar we were shown to our table. The food we ordered, consisted of burgers, shredded salt and pepper chicken flat bread - my son loved it - lasagna, Seabass and the jambalaya, all were really good portion sizes and tasty, definitely recommend look forward to our next visit.

Shh, don't tell everyone how good this place is and that in my opinion it's the best Italian restaurant in Manchester. We wouldn't want everybody turning up and finding out for themselves would we!

1st time here following several recommendations. We were not disappointed. The welcome and attention from staff was second to none and everyone was friendly yet professional throughout the meal. The knowledge of the menu was excellent from staff and we could not fault ANY of the food we ordered.... even the portion size was spot on. Well done for giving us an amazing experience, and we will be returning. The other half has said they may even have it as their "go to". Well done

Another lovely evening at La Quila as always the food and service was excellent. This restaurant does everything right and is well worth a visit and is excellent value.

The garlic chilli sizziling lamb chops to start were absolutely amazing! Charred, savoury garlic, spicy chilli (just the right heat) surrounding sweet, moist, beautifully cooked lamb chops. Highly recommend.

One of my most favourite places to eat , staff are exceptionally helpful, professional & friendly . The food is to die for , so fresh & full of flavour . I would like to give a great big shout out to Bianca who is just wonderful .

Delicious lunch, great service.

I really enjoy eating here. The food is delicious especially the brisket pie with chips. My daughter loved her steak and eggs and my friend enjoyed the lamb shank. Lovely atmosphere with a great range of wines. The staff are very friendly and very attentive

The staff are truly wonderful, and the food is absolutely delightful. Plus, the menu is super accommodating for those with gluten intolerance. We are so happy with our experience!

Always lovely food and great service from staff. Warm Chicken and Bacon Salad is my favourite meal. My partner had Steak, onion and cheese panini which also looked delicious.

My wife and I went for our anniversary, received fantastic service. Food was fantastic. Large portion of pasta each and very tasty. Received a free drink for anniversary celebration. Highly recommend

We went early evening so it was quieter. The service was very welcoming and attentive. We had a great time and the food was great. We will be going again very soon.

The minute we got there told only have two hours on the table . However did not hear the servers seating others with this time cap. Felt like the service was impersonal this time like someone was coming over literally to move us along in our meal faster if I’m spending 200.00 I want my meal to be a nice experience and don’t want to be rushed through each course. There seemed to be an atmosphere with staff and owner who didn’t look happy at all. The food was fine but along with the rush didn’t make it enjoyable. Last time I came here I said it was my new favourite Italian restaurant to eat now not so sure .

Very enjoyable evening meal, booked for three friends, catching up together. Delicious food, great service, from polite and thoughtful staff. A very pleasant atmosphere and good value for money. A* all round.
