Lovely little restaurant with attentive staff and great food. Had an adult with allergies that was catered for. Cocktails are scrumptious, two for a tenner. January deals saw us pay for half of our food bill. Definitely worth a visit.

We have been here twice now and loved it both times. The food is gorgeous and the staff are knowledgeable about the menu and can make recommendations. The whole team are also so incredibly friendly and always make a fuss over our little boy. We are so glad we tried here and will definitely be back whenever we can. 5 stars

As usual, we had a brilliant trip to Mario's last night. Food was it's usual excellent standard and the staff were as friendly and welcoming as ever. We are very lucky to have such a gem almost on our doorstep (close enough to walk so we can both have a drink). Thanks to Mario and the team for a wonderful evening.

Excellent service, really lovely and caring staff. Food was excellent, as well as the wine. It can be quite loud, so maybe don’t plan a super romantic date there, but definitely a very good place! The beer garden is also lovely.

Went for a meal pre theatre. Turned up early but that was no problem. We were greeted warmly. Service was excellent polite, friendly and on point. The food was amazing, clean, very tasty and plenty of choice. It got busier as the evening progressed but nothing slipped. Made a great start to a perfect evening. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and a return is on the agenda

Just perfect! What a lovely restaurant, everyone was so welcoming and the food was amazing, I ate way too much but I don't regret it AT ALL. So lovely to have interesting and different dishes particular to Sicilian cuisine. 100% recommend.

We have been meaning to go here for sometime since they moved to New Mills and eventually did this weekend. We had a great time and the food excellent. They looked after us to the point that one of the waitress’ fed our 6 month old son during our meal! We will be back soon.
