Whenever I am in our Manchester office, the Art of Tea is one of the restaurant/cafes on my list for an evening meal on the way home. The menu is small but the food is lovely and I always get a friendly welcome. It reminds me of the old cafes I used to frequent years ago, small, cosy and interesting. The owner's choice of background music is always worth listening to and the bookshop at the back is an absolute goldmine, full of old books to get lost in. I could comfortably spend a few hours in here, first for the cafe and then for the bookshop. If I were to ask for one change, I would love the choice of music to be displayed on some sort of "Now Playing" stand so I didn't have to ask.

Amazing and delicious food, great service from the friendly staff. A lovely chilled atmosphere. We're looking forward to trying something else from the menu. We'll be back.

Lovely evening out with friends, for birthday celebrations. Great that you can bring your own beverages! Good times had by all accompanied by wonderful food and customer service.

We visit Cafe Italia regularly as a family and the food is always excellent with good portion sizes. The service is quick and the staff are attentive and great with kids. There’s a great atmosphere and we always have a thoroughly enjoyable experience

Beautiful place staff very friendly and polite My only issue is I find the roast potatoes a little under cooked and a tad hard Otherwise food outstanding and so fresh

Food is always lovely, unfortunately a server dropped a dirty knife on me which has stained my top. No apology, nothing knocked off the bill. Didn’t want to be that person to demand money off or anything, but an apology would have been nice.

Hadn't been here for a while but some things never change. Nice atmosphere, food was top notch as always and the staff are faultless, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
