Really lovely food, prompt and excellent service. Really recommend

No issue with the food but the service was poor. Our waitress seemed to be in a tearing rush despite the restaurant not being busy. My friend and I couldn't finish our conversation due to the waitress buzzing around us and asking if we were ready to order. After the meal, we were talking and she sped over and blurted out, "Dessert, drinks or bill." We'd gone to the Malthouse for a relaxed lunch but this lady completely ruined our visit.

Fabulous place to stay and to eat. Food is excellent and they were great with my dietary requirements (coeliac and dairy free). Highly recommended

We were served by a young man called Freddie, he was so helpful and friendly, such a treat to see a smile. Are food was beautifully cooked, we had roast beef, so tender and the veg all well cooked. The pub itself was so clean too. I would definitely highly recommend the Bull, have been a few times and had very good food and service.

Fabulous food had the Sunday menu As we were the last one to be served got more than expected but nothing went to waste even got to bring left over food home. Clean, Fabulous service quick, nothing to much trouble & polite Food was hot and tasted great Highly recommended third visit will be returning

We had the Sunday lunch banquet and it was definitely worth the money. The banquet consisted of three different meats with all the trimmings. All of the roast meats were delicious and very tender. There was plenty of vegetables and a large jug of gravy. Definitely would recommend the Butchers Kitchen.

We were staying at The Water Rat, very nice large room, great breakfast with very good service . Had a very nice evening meal- lovely menu, difficult to choose as everything sounded tasty, very reasonably priced - delicious food and scrumptious puddings

Lovely Sunday lunch. Beautifully presented and great taste. Hats off to the chef for the main and Halloumi starter we shared. Service however was very sporadic with staff on more than one occasion completely disappearing ! On the one occasion appeared to be in the middle of a staff/management meeting in the middle of service. They also seemed more interested in clearing down and away dead tables , than they were in tables where people were still paying guests. However overall we will return again

Warm welcome from friendly staff. Burnt pork end bits in bbq glaze and the skins were delicious and the sf.chicken burger and the swan dog were great. Staff were attentive and engaging throughout the afternoon..great meal.

What a great place for a family meal! Delicious American style pub food which everyone ate with relish even the five year old who is usually rather fussy! The staff were very helpful and friendly and I would definitely come here again if we were in Ironbridge. Two of us liked the atmosphere so much they stayed behind for a sociable drink and couldn't be persuaded to come home.

This is the second time visiting the Tilley Raven when we stay away on holiday and I must say it was better than the first time. The food was excellent and the service was very good considering their was only one person running the bar, taking orders and bringing out the food. Great value for money would definitely recommend and come back again. My only criticism is that I would of liked some back ground music, but that's just my peronsal opinion.

Food was good, service was mixed. Guy with glasses very attentive, but the guy with the big hair needed more training. Had to go to the bar for more drinks, didn't collect empties, didn't collect starter plates.
