We were served by a young man called Freddie, he was so helpful and friendly, such a treat to see a smile. Are food was beautifully cooked, we had roast beef, so tender and the veg all well cooked. The pub itself was so clean too. I would definitely highly recommend the Bull, have been a few times and had very good food and service.

All of the roast meats were delicious and very tender. There was plenty of vegetables and a large jug of gravy. Definitely would recommend the Butchers Kitchen.

Water Rat – IronbridgeLovely Sunday lunch. Beautifully presented and great taste. Hats off to the chef for the main and Halloumi starter we shared. Service however was very sporadic with staff on more than one occasion completely disappearing ! On the one occasion appeared to be in the middle of a staff/management meeting in the middle of service. They also seemed more interested in clearing down and away dead tables , than they were in tables where people were still paying guests. However overall we will return again

The staff were very helpful and friendly and I would definitely come here again if we were in Ironbridge. Two of us liked the atmosphere so much they stayed behind for a sociable drink and couldn't be persuaded to come home.

The food was excellent and the service was very good considering their was only one person running the bar, taking orders and bringing out the food. Great value for money would definitely recommend and come back again. My only criticism is that I would of liked some back ground music, but that's just my peronsal opinion.

The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyLovely beer garden after stopping in for an afternoon drink on Sunday. We had booked a meal for 7pm on Monday as we were staying in Ironbridge for the weekend. The website says the place is open and I also received an email confirmation. After walking to the venue from where we were camping, the place was closed with a sign on the door advising they were closed on Mondays! So after walking further into Ironbridge to try and find somewhere else to eat, other places were booked up and we ended up with no other choice than the chippy! Not the evening we had planned, very disappointed!

I'm pleased I picked here, I was a lit worried after I had read so many mixed reviews and did in fact consider finding somewhere else last minute but I'm so glad I didn't. We were a party of four adults and two children and all of us enjoyed ourselves and cleared our plates. The service was great, I didn't catch the waitresses name but she was very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, hot, very tasty and good sized portions. The pub over all had a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. My only very minor criticism is that as we went later in the day (6pm on a Sunday) and they had run out of a couple of the menu options and also that even though it was a Sunday it would have been nice to have the option of the normal menu and not just the Sunday roasts. But that's only minor and didn't at all take away from our overall very enjoyable experience. We will be returning!
