Main was lovely and staff was friendly, polite Dessert I would say was over priced for what size you got and definitely wasn’t home made, ice cream was cheap too, disappointed as the main was very good

The food & drink are all extremely good value, and of the highest quality. You can always be assured of a warm welcome by all the staff, and will definitely not be disappointed with the choice and Quality of the food - and the range of Beers available. Whether its for a treat or just a good meal, the Alvanley Arms can't be recommended highly enough.
Alvanley Arms – TarporleyHad a mid week meal to catch up with a friend . Both the service and the food was excellent. Reservation on line was very straight forward. Received a warm welcome on arrival food was served quickly and was delicious Mid week set menu is excellent value. We will definitely return.
Pacino’s – ChesterWe visit the White Lion on a regular basis and have been going for many years,on the last 2 occasions we have visited on a sunday,on each occasion we have asked for the gravy on the sunday roast to be in a seperate jug,this hasnt happened and the meal ends up swimming in gravy,sad that this happened on two different visits,i advised the manager on site and he apologised,i think we will give it a miss for a while

Mere Court Restaurant – KnutsfordWe celebrated my son’s 16th birthday with his Grandparents yesterday at lunchtime. The menu always has a great selection of different meals, 2 of us had Sunday roasts, birthday boy had his favourite Margarita pizza and my Mum cleared every single bit of her plaice with shrimp butter sauce - she has a very small appetite, so it says a lot about the dish that she left absolutely nothing on the plate! The Egerton is our 1st choice for any family occasion- they deliver every single time!

Service is friendly and prices are on the the good side of reasonable . location and outside seating are first class , inside seating layout is well spaced throughout. Great selection of "proper beer" as well.

Pacino’s – ChesterHad a fabulous meal nothing was too much trouble for the staff. unfortunately it was extremely noisy due to a kids foot ball team dining too and it was deafening. Would definitely eat there again.

First and foremost, the food was fantastic. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The menu offered a wonderful variety of classic Italian dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious. The service was equally impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The venue itself added to the overall experience. It had a lovely atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. We were visiting Chester from the Thames Valley area, and this restaurant was recommended to us. I’m happy to say it did not disappoint. Overall, Pacino’s Italian Chester provided great food, excellent service, and a wonderful dining atmosphere. Highly recommended! (5 Stars)
Pacino’s – ChesterFantastic visit after a lovely walk. Food was beautiful, had a selection of starters rather than a main and they were all fantastic. The pineapple salsa with the Thai fishcakes was amazing! Loved the decor (as always), service was EXCELLENT. Attentive, visable, happy staff Really enjoyable couple of hours! Took a friend who last visited about 15+ years ago and she was so impressed. Thankyou so much!
