Came in mid week for dinner, the food was absolutely delicious every plate was clean, the cocktails and customer service from Wez were fantastic. Staff lovely, food lovely and a great atmosphere… overall fab evening. We will be coming back :)

Alvanley Arms – TarporleyI booked a table of 4 for Father's Day. I can not believe how large the roast dinners are. They would feed the most hungry person. Half the size was more than enough for me. You defiintely get value fir money. Very tasty and well worth the money, just be prepared to be hungry to get one. I did see a few other dishes on tables and they all looked large portions so great value. The kebabs on skewers looked lovely too. Very welcoming staff with good customer service and such a lovely pub inside. Definitely would go again and highly recommend it.

The Tigers Head Country Pub and Dining – FrodshamMy husband and I dined here last night, a Friday , and were surprised that the restaurant was not full! We soon found out why, the bar was packed with diners watching the football between Germany and Scotland! We were warmly welcomed, the service was friendly the staff were helpful bringing our meals at the time we asked for them . Everything was very well presented and the taste was excellent. The portions were very large and beautifully cooked and we wished that we didn`t live 150 miles away from this wonderful pub!!
The Cheshire Yeoman – Ellesmere PortWent to the Carriers to celebrate a family birthday about 2 years ago and really enjoyed it. Last night was a major disappointment. The menu was ordinary and with very little choice for the vegetarians in our party this time (unless happy with veggie burger or hot dog). Portions had shrunk and the impression was of ‘ping and ding’ food which no chef had a hand in. We expected more from the Carriers, especially at the prices charged.
