We visited the restaurant for our 20 year anniversary, and was delighted with the food choice , it was outstanding, The staff are very friendly and attentive, we will definitely be returning in the near future .

Visited for the first time in a while this week, and as ever Bacchus did not disappoint. The food is excellent, especially on the fixed price midweek menu, accompanied by superb wines. I was especially pleased to see the service hasn't changed either, with exemplary attention to detail and a warm welcome as always - notably superior to many other restaurants. Highly recommended, and I would never hesitate to eat there!

In our opinion, the best restaurant in the area. Very reasonably priced for meals that are always a bit different in terms of ingredients and choices. The chef never fails to come up trumps with the menu and we love the fact that it is regularly updated - great for returning customers. Staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. We would highly recommend a visit.

We had afternoon tea on a day there was also a wedding however we were still made to feel special, the food was delicious and surroundings were lovely

We recently visited for bottomless brunch on a lovely sunny Saturday so we got to sit outside. On the whole, the experience was great. Delicious tapas, great service from the staff, unlimited fizz and although the bottomless brunch is for 90min, we were able to order another bottle just before our time ran out and we spend another hour sat there enjoying the afternoon. The one and only negative - and its really small - is that the only outdoor space they have is right on the main road so it's noisy and can sometimes be quite a chaotic junction. It's no fault of the restaurant and they're using the space they have available to them well but it's definitely worth noting if you're wanting to enjoy a quiet coffee in the sun!

We came here for lunch on my birthday. We had wanted something special for the occasion and we were not disappointed. The food was lovely, the staff were friendly and attentive and there was a lovely ambiance in this beautiful house and grounds. Although we were not the only customers - lots of cars in the car park and groups of people arrived during the time we were eating - we had a room entirely to ourselves with a window seat overlooking the garden so it felt exclusive.

Non alcoholic cocktail was weak and watered down. The starters had been microwaved as they were so hot and were out within minutes of ordering. Main meal was too spiced with chilli and when we mentioned this at The end was just informed by another waiter. Well l would have told you when you ordered. Would not go again

Havnt been to The Cheshire Yeoman for many years although I drive past it weekly. We visited on the recommendation of a friend and wasn’t disappointed. We arrived to find a pleasant outdoor area with well spaced tables, and a pleasantly decorated well spaced interior. There is ample parking. The menu has something for every taste and is reasonably priced. Service was quick but not rushed, staff polite and friendly, giving full table service. Food was delicious, a real treat for the taste buds, and was beautifully presented. Would defiantly recommend.

As always a marvellous dining experience. We loved the menu and there was such a lovely variety of choice , it was difficult to make a decision. Great flavours , well cooked and presented. Friendly and professional service. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

A lovely two course lunch, beautifully cooked and presented. We have dined here several times and never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is elegant with white tablecloths and a pleasant ambience. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent food and friendly, knowledgeable service. Particularly noteworthy were the fish and chips starter and the ice cream, expresso and amaretto combination desert.

Excellent meal on Sunday. Garlic bread amazing, chicken burrito bursting with flavours. Husband didnt want onion in veg burrito so substituted with celery and courgette. Excellent service, friendly and informal.
