Superb as usual. Excellent food and service. Free drink with burger was rather fab too.

The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallFantastic food with exceptional table service
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenMe and my Wife booked here for our anniversary. Beautiful wood, lovely restaurant and excellent staff. Would highly recommend.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkHad a lovely meal on a Sunday. Always good food and a great atmosphere (although we did get missed being hidden around the corner).
Papa Luigis – ChorleyHad a lovely family meal here to celebrate my birthday. Food was delicious and service excellent
Quattro’s – OrmskirkExcellent, service and food, lovely atmosphere as always
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallWe visited with our 2 young children to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary. It was very family friendly Everybody thoroughly enjoyed the food, clean plates all around! Credit to the chefs The waitress I also feel deserves a mention for her excellent service and attitude. I didn't catch her name, but she was a young lady with red hair Will definitely return. Thank you
Papa Luigis – ChorleyFirst time visit had been recommended so gave it a go Food was was lovely every meal was nice and piping hot Service was lovely smiling friendly staff Lovely atmosphere Value for money will definitely be back

The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallCan’t believe we haven’t been before! Lovely courtyard dining, vine trees and lovely atmosphere, feels very Italian . Great staff, amazing food and good value
Site Pizzeria – TodmordenGreat food, one of best Sunday dinners we've had in a long time! Very clean, great service and friendly staff! Will definitely be visiting again soon.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallLOVE it here. The food is exceptional - especially the roast! Best one ever after my own Mums. Delicious, I think about the roast all the time. Lovely staff too and a nice atmosphere.
Bread and Butter – PrestonWe chose The Golden Ball to celebrate our 25th Wedding anniversary. The function room was perfect for approx 80 people with a band and space to dance, the atmosphere homely and comfortable. The staff accommodated us decorating the room prior and the good weather meant the grounds/lawn area and terrace was accessible too. The food was wonderful. All enjoyed the night. And the staff were attentive and diligent.
The Golden Ball Hotel – MorecambeCouldn't fault the quality of the food (shared hummus and olives with flatbread, followed by cheese and onion pie (me) and steak and Stilton special pie (him). Likewise, the decor in the pub/restaurant is lovely and the value for money very reasonable Those are the good bits. Someone needs to be in charge as front of house. There were plenty of waiting on and bar staff (it was a busy early Sunday evening) but no apparent order to who did what where We had booked, obviously, and yet we waited to be noticed by the young lady behind the bar before being haphazardly sent to a table for 4 which had neither been cleaned nor set up with cutlery. We then waited for our order for drinks to be taken, waited again for the food order etc. I have worked as a waitress. I have no qualms at all with waiting when the restaurant is busy. There were, however, plenty of staff on, but no one took charge of who did what. In the midst of the chaotic service, there was just one member of staff who stood out for all the right reasons: Lily. She made us feel valued as customers, was friendly and polite in her manner and served everyone with a smile. I asked for her name from the disinterested bar staff as I was leaving, exactly so I could give credit where credit is due. Your food, as always, was delicious but you do need to sort out your young servers.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallWhat a come back! The place is all fresh and modernised while keeping the country vibe. Food was beautiful and staff were lovely.
Rock Inn – DarwenFood fantastic and great service too, we will definitely be making the trip over from the Fylde coast again
