Lovely meal as always. My kids love it here, and the service was first class.

Papa Luigis – ChorleyHorrendous service! The place was packed with only one person working behind the bar who was extremely rude. We had booked a table but was told the wait for food was going to be an hour and a half so we left and went elsewhere.
Wings & Beer Co – PrestonThe Waterwitch was easy to find sitting along the towpath. We hope to visit again in warmer weather and sit outside.
The Waterwitch – LancasterLovely restaurant with very good quality food.
Anatolia Grill – St HelensWe have been here a few times and the food has always been good, however this time we were seated at a table in the middle of a walk through between the rooms, outside the kitchen and servery where the staff get the cutlery from, it seemed they had just stuck the table in the way of everyone. We asked if we could sit somewhere else, but despite there being other tables of a similar size they said no. So we left.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallWOW!! We came for tapas last night (Saturday) we were greeted by a lovely young girl and the front of house remembered us from coming in a few months back which was lovely. The food was outstanding we had 7 different tapas dishes and all were phenomenal! Ryan the chef came out later to talk to customers which was great. Highly recommend. Food 1st class and service was amazing! Will definitely be back soon!
Bread and Butter – PrestonAmazing food, great selections of drinks and brilliant service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and will definitely return the next time I’m in the Lancaster.
The Waterwitch – LancasterGreat service, food and atmosphere.
Site Pizzeria – TodmordenAs usual, the food was fantastic! Amazing taste and looked incredibly appetising! Only issue was the 1 hour delay in food. Not sure if this was due to staffing or how busy it was. Worth the wait though!!
Wings & Beer Co – PrestonFirst visit with friends but will most definitely be back excellent food service and atmosphere .
Toms Table – ClitheroeFood was very tasty and hot. Staff super friendly.
The Golden Ball Hotel – MorecambeFood is very nice, service is good and friendly although a little rushed. My only recommendation is, and I know it's being picky, but for the quality of food, proper napkins should be provided not paper ones.
Toms Table – ClitheroeGreat venue with a fantastic choice of food, friendly staff & delicious food x wonderful decor with a relaxing atmosphere x Highly recommended, see you on Valentine night!!
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallStopped at The Station in Caton on Thursday (2 Feb 2023), found a fine selection of ales (Black Sheep, Wainwright, Lancaster Breweries) and had 3 excellent meals: a mushroom stroganoff (v), cheese pie & chips (v) - a proper pie with a proper crust, and veggie burger & chips. Too full to try the puddings, but will certainly call again in the near future.
The Station Hotel – LancasterWe eat regularly at smaller venues around Lancashire having lunch dates (sometimes just adults, sometimes with small children). Maxy Farm Pantry was this months venue of choice. I was greeted warmly and shown to a tucked away table (always good!) Highchair provided and my coffee arrived quickly whilst I waited for my friends. Our main server was known to us (Hannah) and she was delightful throughout. Food....too much and not really enough choice for a small lunch. Some of the portion sizes really are extreme and we spotted lots of takeaway boxes being brought to tables(do folk really eat these once they get them home?) I had the chicken and bacon toastie (delicious) but my fries were cold. One of my parties plates had to be returned and an issue was quickly dealt with. Thanks for that. Would I rush to return? Probably not. One of my friends said that they thought the menu had changed? Advice? Serve some cold sandwiches and sweets/desserts other than brownies.
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonHad a lovely lunch, with my friend. The food, service and value for money were brilliant. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.
Bread and Butter – PrestonLovely date nite at Toms Table Did we want steak menu, early bird or a la carte - nope we fancy a picky tea. So complete with bottle of red had breads and dipping oils, olives, treacle and chilli chipolatas, panko miso chicken with Katsura mayonnaise , baked Camembert, twice baked suisse soufflé and Goan king prawns with pickled mango and coconut and chilli salad. Plan was to hit the sweet board but completely stuffed So thank you Tom and your team for going above and beyond it was divine ❤️
