We went to the restaurant on Saturday 26th July after reading the reviews on Sugarvine. What an incredible find .... the food was superb the restaurant was only small but more than adequate and the service was second to none. For a party of 6 that included starters, mains, dessert, wine, champagne, beer, coffee's and whiskies came to approximately £270, an absolute bargain. I would heartily recommend this to anybody that like fine food and excellent service.

Whether it's business or pleasure then you are not going to be disappointed here. The food and service are excellent. There is a wide range of dishes available and occasional special to try too. Wine list, again, plentiful. Good value for money and nice atmosphere. See you again soon!

Ate here last Thursday for a business lunch. 12:30pm table. Quiet when we arrived burt soon filled up. Great service. Great food. Great value. What more can you say? See you again soon.

Quite simply the best Indian restaurant in the Northwest.

Do not go here needles on the toilet floor which my 4year old nearly picked up. Disgusting language from a female staff member discussing her detailed disgusting sex life with a colleague absolute terrible experience

On my visit my little boy nearly picked up a needle of the toilet floor. And while your eating with your young children you will get to hear about the description of the females staff sex life. Absolute appalling experience here do not waste your money and it is dangerous to take your kids in there if heroin users are leaving there needles on the toilet floor. Please dint take young children there!

had a take away from here and the bread was wet through with source, never again will i eat here. sorry Turkish delight but your standards have dropped, badly, over the last two years, please try and sort it out.

The Deccan is the best Indian Restaurant we have come across...forget Rusholme.....or anywhere else. Nowhere compares to it. The food is superb and if you don't find anything you fancy (unlikely) they will make you something up. wonderful.

This restaurant can't be faulted. Wonderful food, wine and service with a laid back atmosphere. My wife and I had a wedding anniversary meal there in July and enjoyed every minute. Highly recommended.

all i want to know is what time you are open till on Friday night

Very little to say about this place at least in a positive sense anyway other than the interior of the restaurant is very appealing to the eye and is clean and tidy. The food however is a disaster. The only half decent part were our side dishes. They were tasty enough but were far from inspiring. My main course was extremely poor and judging by appearances and the lack of any comment so were the dishes of my companions. I'd avoid.

We ate with our 2 year old at the Olive Garden last Wednesday early evening. The food was excellent and the staff were welcoming and friendly and made a fuss of our noisy little one. Well worth a trip. Service was quick just what we needed with small child in tow.

Overrated. There are better places to eat in the city centre.

We eat out once a week and have discovered The Owls At Standish, We recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in good food well presented and sold at sensible prices, give it a try and you wont be disappointed. very very good restaurant, got home from tour of duty and had a nice meal. the food was great, very friendly staff. lots to choose from from the menu and drinks. its also has a enormous car park which is good too.
