My first visit to Piccolino’s and would definitely return . I normally try the restaurants that get recommended and they never deliver, this was a nice change. Book a table and see for your self don’t think you will be disappointed.

Urmston's prize atrraction. Food is mainly locally sourced and then outstanding things are done to it in what appears to be a tiny kitchen. Now they are open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, I can spend all day there!

My friend and I ate at Isinglass for the first time yesterday, and it definitely won't be the last! The ambience was intimate and the decor unobtrusive. The staff were friendly, the service was impeccable and the food was almost indescribable! I had the peppered steak to start which was delicious and moist and the salmon and prawn paupiette for my main which was cooked to perfection. I admit I was worried that the menu consisted of what I call 'fussy food', but the different flavours blended so perfectly I was desperate for the recipes! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals here and would highly recommend Isinglass to anybody.

Having Clients in from the US and Denmark I was looking to take them to an English restaurant, instead of the usual indian / chinese that they had requested. I stumbled onto the Isinglass through googling for an English restaurant in Manchester. The find was confirmed as a real gem from the moment we walked in through the door to the last spoon full of the ample deserts. This restaurant deserves to succeed as the mix of the old world charm the attentive waiting staff and the outstanding food is a winner. I can see why this establishment is a nomination for Mancheser City life Restaurant of the year 2007. My Clients were highly complimentary about the entire meal and stated that they would certainly like to eat there again.

After reading the reviews on here a few weeks ago we decided to check it ourselves and have now been three times and are going again at the weekend! Having recently spent 5 months in India we were desperate for some good genuine Indian food and it hasn't disappointed - the food is absolutely gorgeous (especially the dosas)and the service is always great, really friendly and hospitable. Definitely recommended.

Curry mile, hang your head in shame. Asian Fusion has every one of you beat hands down. Fabulous food (no puddles of ghee on top of your curry here) & friendly service. The best curry place I've ever been to. If you own a car and live in Manchester there's really no reason to go anywhere else.

The selection of food offered is always a good mix with a wide choice encompassing starters, mains and surprisingly wide and interesting selection of desserts. I've been there many times over the last two years and have never left disappointed. I'd happily recommend this place and have as a good quality establishment that take care and pride in cooking and presenting their food when compared to other similar places that are close by.

As a member of a discerning curry club we visited this establishment at 8pm on a Thursday evening without a prior booking. We only just got in as the place was packed. We ordered mixed starters and 4 different main courses and the quality of the food was topnotch. The bill came to £78 for four of us including drinks. No side effects the next morning whatsoever. Would heartily recommend but advise to book early to avoid disappointment. 9 out of 10!

Had a meal on a Thursday evening at 8pm and the place was quite busy. We were in a party of four and we ordered two mixed starters which were the best I have ever had! Overall the food was good and the price was reasonable for what we ordered. I would definitely eat here again and would recommend to others.

This restaurant has something of a reputation and it did not let itself down. Quite simply this was some of the best food I have ever tested. I have been raving about it eversince and look forward to going back within a few weeks. Can't wait! Congratulations to all at Greens.

Under new management now and so many improvements! Absolutely fantastic place - visited here with family on a Tuesday night. Tuesday and Wednesday have a 'set menu' for around £15 for 3 courses, bargain! The food is excellent, as is the service, and its a really lovely little place, highly recommended.

It was outrageously good. It is the best restaurant in the whole of china town and I have literally tried everyone. The service was brilliant my personal favourite is Kenny. He is a friendly and jolly man who is always up for a laugh. The food presentation is neat and very appetizing and I recommend the lemon chicken with egg fried rice. It is bummage.

It has completely changed to a hundred percent buffet. There is a large variety of excellent food. David is a loyal waiter and a very hard working man. I admire him greatly and he is a great friend of mine. Superb.

Visited this restaurant for my wife's birthday. Food was excellent, service was A1 ... if you want a fabulous meal in good surroundings, then go to this restaurant.

I've been to this restaurant before and you really can't ask for more when going out for a meal fantastic food, great service, all at reasonable prices. This is one place I can't get enough of.

I booked a party of 25 people to go on a Tuesday evening for a leaving do. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very obliging. The food was delicious (although I thought the desserts are expensive for what you get). I was so impressed that I went again with my husband and parents for my birthday. We went on a Thursday and it was packed, luckily we had booked a table. We all had a great meal and all enjoyed it. We will definitely go there again. On the table behind us was Dev from Coronation Street with family & friends. I would suggest booking just in case you can't get a table as this is a busy restaurant which you wouldn't really expect for Swinton.

If you liked it before it changed hands in January 07, you'll love it now! Our meal was sublime. We struggled to decide what to eat, given the wide range of choice. I suspect we wouldn't have been disappointed with anything we chose - every course was a delight!

The food was brilliant - especially the breads and the fish. The place is truly children friendly and the staff worked hard to make the meal really memorable. They are so secure that you can view the whole kitchen.
