We have been eating at Into the Blue regularly since we moved to Shoreham in 2017. We love the food and the atmosphere and cannot fault anything about it. Highly recommend.

Very delicious food! Nice ambiance in a colourful, friendly feeling pub. We shared a few meals, the hummus wasn’t special but the scallops, the chicken schnitzel and especially the lamb on greens were a bit sensational! Thanks so so much. Good service, reasonable prices. Little birthday meal taking my son and husband out ,food was absolutely gorgeous as usual. We normally have a shared menu but we had separate this time and it was absolutely yummy. Looking forward to going again soon.

Such a lovely place, but a bit disappointed with our experience. We checked out the menu in advance on the website and it looked great. My partner is vegan and there were a couple of interesting sounding dishes on there for him. When we got there though the menu was different and only had one vegan main meal option. Which when we came to order they told us they’d sold out. There were no apologies, they just said he can order the hummus and pitta bread and a beetroot salad from the starters - which is a pretty bog standard option you can get anywhere. They said the menu on the website was a sample menu (even though it doesn’t say that on there). Honestly I was a bit upset about this as I chose this place specifically because it had a couple of good vegan options. The scallops were tasty but covered in grit. The Parmesan chicken main was really good and the chips were nice, but the experience was definitely tainted and could have been handled much better by staff.

Another fine meal at the Denbigh. The service is always friendly and excellent. Will return soon x.

As always a fantastic lunch. Paella & monkfish skewers. Nice attentive service from Jacquie plus lovely to see the restaurant 95% full. Looking forward to the new menu coming soon.

Our first and certainly not our last visit. Well prepared, nicely presented and tasty dishes. I felt it was good value for money and really enjoyed celebrating a birthday. Many thanks.

Visiting Rye for the weekend and looked at reviews for best Sunday lunch and the Globe popped up. What a fab and quirky place it was. All mismatched furniture, lovely helpful and friendly staff. We thought 4.30pm might be a bit late for a roast, in as much as, they'd have sold out, but no. I had the lamb which was gorgeous and not fatty at all and all the food was so lovely and fresh. We thought prices were reasonable too. I preferred it to the more trendy type places in the centre of town. Would definitely recommend and will go again on our next trip to Rye.

Our first visit to this exceptional restaurant. The fish and seafood is top quality, portions are generous and service is great. We would highly recommend!
