The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeGreat location with parking and nice staff. Great outdoor space too. Menu is pretty much the same every time I come but at least I know what it's going to be like and am never disappointed.
The Denbigh – BexhillAlways exceptional.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWhat a wonderful meal !! We have never had a disappointing meal at into the blue . Jackie and Dave are an amazing team
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaNot the prettiest street but a great pub/restaurant. We started in the pub bar for a few drinks then opted to eat in the restaurant . Food choice was plentiful and no complaints about the quantity and quality of the food. Friendly staff and good value. Was quiet in the restaurant for a Saturday evening but no complaints from our table of 5. Wound eat there again.
Pissarro’s – HastingsExcellent food, atmosphere great, like a family restaurant with high end food. Fresh produce freshly cooked to order. Will definitely recommend and return.

The Denbigh – BexhillGreat local restaurant specialising in fantastic fish dishes. The boulibaise is incredible, love it with their Indian potatoes. Such accomplished cooking, real depth of flavour .
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaEnjoyed my Sunday lunch, however my lamb rump wasn’t very tender. I was accompanied by by my two nieces, they had the lamb which was very tender. I asked one of the staff (short Asian ) and he wasn’t very helpful, insisted there had been no complaints all day. However I stood my ground and he returned with one small piece of lamb which was very tender. I found the member of staff arrogant and off hand and rather rude. I’m local, my family use the Globe often and hope I don’t have a similar experience in the future. Ann Osborne
The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeEnjoyed our pre-theatre meal at this friendly village restaurant. Tasty, authentic Sardinian pasta dishes and huge helpings.
Ancient Grains – EastbourneLove this little gem of a restaurant. Really great fish dishes at such a reasonable price. Lovely staff too.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaFood was fabulous, we love the Dover Sole. Lovely staff, lovely restaurant.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaHaving always regarded The Globe as a lovely place to visit/eat, we chose to visit again for a birthday. A lovely welcome from staff and a glorious interior. Great menu and drinks list/options. We ordered and in due course, some lovely food arrived. However, I was rather disappointed and underwhelmed by the portions given for both the main courses and desserts, despite being tasty. When we'd finished and left, I felt as though we'd certainly not got 'value for money'.... pity. Next time, I'll consider alternatives before choosing The Globe.
