First time visit - food, staff, service, atmosphere all first class!!!! Will definitely be going again!

Bacchus is our favourite restaurant. The food is excellent and the wine list premier and affordable. Most of all the staff are attentive and genuinely interested in making any booking lunch or dinner a success. Worth a visit then more visits.

Always lovely food, the service is very good and always made to feel very welcome

Chicken on my roast was too peppery. I had a glass of Diet Coke / tasted like syrup

Booked a table on Treacle Market day, knowing it would be busy. Received a warm welcome, after a wander round the market stalls. A 6 piece mixed platter followed by a portion a meatballs to share and a pudding was the perfect birthday treat for my mum (and sneakily for me too!). Attentive staff, friendly atmosphere and delicious food, with no pressure to leave before you're ready. Charming, honest decor and clean loos too! Will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Bacchus. Everything was the cocktails to the dessert was very good and the service was excellent. A warm and attentive atmosphere.

The Salt Bar is one of the gems amongst Macclesfield bistros. Very friendly and welcoming staff, good quality, tasty food at a very reasonable price. As a dog owner, it's a refreshing change to know its also dog friendly. Thoroughly recommended. 10/10!

The restaurant decor, atmosphere and food were all excellent. The only thing that let it down was the Gents toilet, a broken toilet seat and no hand soap in the dispenser. It just didn't fit in with the rest of the experience.

My partner and I had Sunday lunch at the Cheshire Yeoman yesterday. As always, everything was perfect, beautifully prepared with a fantastic selection of fresh vegetables and their cauliflower cheese is second to none. The beef was cooked to perfection and plenty of it. We've tried so many other good pubs and restaurants for Sunday lunch but nowhere is as good as the Cheshire Yeoman, which is why we always go back there. Thank you!

Booked to take a friend for Sunday lunch and didn’t realise how long it had been since I last visited. Was great to see the extension and the same fabulous decor as before. Both of us had Sunday lunch and all were really good, served hot and by really professional and polite staff. Will make a conscious effort to not leave it so long next time!

We had 2 course Sunday lunch and couldn’t fault it whatsoever. It came out hot and was delicious.

We have been to Bacchus a number of times recently including taking my 30 staff for our Christmas meal. Every time the food and service is excellent, it’s definitely one of my favourite restaurants. In addition my wife has food allergies and they look after her brilliantly with alternatives that she can eat. I cannot recommend it enough Mike and his team are tremendous.

After having a lovely meal for my daughter s birthday last nov decided to return for my Husbands birthday ,food was lovely and service was excellent but the only thing we found was where we were put to sit the tables are so close together not a problem when we arrived as they were empty but within minutes another family arrived made us feel very uncomfortable felt like we rushed our meals and evening ,put us off probably returning

Heart warming service and beautiful food as always. Staff went above and beyond to look after my 12 old and her friends. Wonderful treat for them.

Have been to Panamas on numerous occasions, spanning two decades & it has never disappointed. The staff are always attentive, smiling & helpful, plus the surroundings are relaxing for any age group. Food great, albeit a little high priced, but everything put together is the 'recipe' for a lovely evening out!

Booked a table and was very quiet when we got there. Got busier soon after and only one staff member on so felt sorry for him being so rushed off but the young chap did a great job. The food was absolutely fantastic, had the banquet for two and it was really nice. The lamb chops were soooo good. And it was all well priced as well. Will definitely be going back again. May have found my new favourite place to eat in the Port. Keep up the good work guys!
