Even thou the staff were run off their feet the service was excellent. We had the Sunday Roast. Starters were excellent, tasty and hot (mushrooms in Stilton and chicken wings) Beef was extremely tasty all be it a little well done. Chicken too was good. However, vegetables were disappointing very basic few carrots 2 small cauliflower and broccoli florets. Vegetables for me are the best part of a roast so I was a little disappointed. Would definitely go again but would probably not have the roast.

Booked our table on a Friday for 7.30pm was busy when we arrived our drinks ordered was taken within minutes of being seated my a lovely guy guy very pleasant and polite shortly after a young lady came take our food ordered we or ordered starters and mains only after waiting an hour our started still hadn't arrived we man the young guy aware he went to check to find out the ordered had been lost he was very apologetic and got our ordered sorted pretty fast and they were amazing along with the mains the food was so delicious along with the cocktails even tho our food ordered got lost we will 1000% return the service and the food makes up for the wait

The haddock rarebit was excellent and the desserts are to die for. Amazing service.

Lovely meal out celebrating a birthday. Really attentive and welcoming staff. The burritos were a little spicy and full of onions, but overall a lovely evening out. Would definitely return. Thanks

This was my 4th meal here & it was fantastic, the staff are welcoming & friendly. The ribs was cooked to perfection the meat just fell off the bone. Definitely will be returning again in the near future.

Came here with my girlfriend it was amazing, our waiter Ali was amazing couldn’t believe how good he was it was busy and he was on his own and still made every one laugh felt bad that he did not get a break, but I will when I came in on Thursday there was two ladies one of them smelled bad for some reason, and the other stoned she was trying to hard in my opinion

Booked a table on Treacle Market day, knowing it would be busy. Received a warm welcome, after a wander round the market stalls. A 6 piece mixed platter followed by a portion a meatballs to share and a pudding was the perfect birthday treat for my mum (and sneakily for me too!). Attentive staff, friendly atmosphere and delicious food, with no pressure to leave before you're ready. Charming, honest decor and clean loos too! Will be back.
