We had an excellent meal, the food was very fresh. The owner and staff were so welcoming and made you feel really special. Would recommend and will definitely go back.

We had the lunch menu, the choice was excellent the food was delicious and the service was exceptional, thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend the restaurant, one of the best in the UK.

Arrived just in time to order from for the latest offer menu of 2 course plus a drink for £20 each. Excellent home-made mackerel pate followed by the signature dish of meatballs, superb as always. Friendly and attentive service in a relaxed atmosphere. Hard to beat all round.

We went to Panama Hatty’s for a date night and both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere, choice of foods and drinks and the service were all excellent. Our food was delicious and Maisie was a superb server. Definitely on our list for many return visits.

A lovely traditional pub with great home cooked food and excellent service with a smile, well worth a visit, we particularly cannot fault the Sunday lunch but food all week is of a high standard

We have been going to Birchwood spice with 3 of our 4 children for quite a while. Last night our eldest joined us aswell with his girlfriend and our 3 week old grandson. As always the food and service was fantastic. Never had a bad meal here, not even a mediocre meal as its always delicious and plentiful.

Amazing food, large group and we all ordered differently. Food was fantastic maybe a little more expensive than your average but then food was far better than your average meal out.

Took friend's here for the first time and they really enjoyed the food , the friendly staff and service . 1st class.

Really poor meal, never had such a vinegary Greek salad. Chicken skewers were tasteless too. There was no atmosphere and outside space was tired and shabby- flowers on the table being dead.

Amazing food here, with big portions. The service was great definetly we going back again. I recommend the bbq ribs they fell off the bone-perfect!

Beautiful food, amazing service, lovely atmosphere and a great price! Particularly impressed with the Vegan options - unusual and so delicious! The best meal out I've had in a long time.

Amazing as always, from food to drinks and attentive staff, can not fault anything. Favourite place to eat, anywhere in the UK and abroad.

Its been a few years since our last visit but decided to come for a special occasion. Unfortunately we were not as impressed as previous visits. The food was still nice but it wasnt as special as before with a reduced portion size and just didnt feel as special. We were also suprised at the service, the staff were all brilliant and friendly, however i think they are too husy as we asked for multiple things multiple times and even had to get up and ask at one point for a drink. Maybe it was a one off last night but not sure we will rush back as you expect more for the price i beleive. Very nice and friendly staff though and they should be praised for their attitude. Thanks I also cant amend the rating. Food- 3/5 Atmosphere- 4/5 Service - 3/5 Value- 2/5

Never a bad meal at Elmas, great service and great atmosphere

First time at Elmas, really enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious, especially the meat dishes. My partner had cannelloni which she enjoyed, but would have liked to have had a dide salad with it. It gets very noisy from 8pm onwards so maybe book early if you want to have a romantic meal for two. Still a lovely place with very attentive staff.

Lovely food, the steak pie was great with proper chunks of steak in it. Great service too, food arrived quickly. We really enjoyed our visit. Would recommend and would definitely visit again if in the area.

Very warm welcome great atmosphere excellent food…. Staff very professional… all in all I will be dining there again
