We ate here on Mother’s Day (19.03.2023), and opted for the bottomless brunch. We had the best time, the food was amazing as usual and the Dennis flowed - just what you want from a bottomless brunch! The staff were so accommodating, allowing us to switch things up with our booking and being flexible with us relaxing in the downstairs bar and moving upstairs for food past our booked slot with no issues Would highly recommend, and we will be back!

I had a Mother’s Day meal with my mother and son last night and we really enjoyed it. The food tasted amazing and the portions were huge. We had enough to bring home for dinner tonight too which is always a bonus! Service was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and only too happy to accommodate my mum’s gluten free dietary requirement. The food was good value too and we will definitely return.

Took my wife for Mothers day lunch. Food and service excellent. Made a lovely change to gastro pub style !! Cosy and friendly. Definitely go again.

We booked for the Mother's Day lunch and really enjoyed it. Lovely food, lovely staff and great atmosphere. I was particularly impressed and grateful that my request for my Mum to be seated next to a wall to help with her hearing aids was taken into account and as a result, she really enjoyed herself, which was the main thing. I can highly recommend Antalya Bistro and will definitely be returning.

Easy online booking. Very enjoyable Mothers’ Day meal from their set menu. Good choice and tasty roast with large portions. Good service.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed with the food. It lacked flair and subtlety. The menu was healthy but what could have been interesting dishes - soup and open sandwiches failed to excite. The almond tart was stodgy and hard to finish. All in all a forgettable meal. We were the only people in the restaurant having a Latisha lunch so there was a lack of atmosphere though the layout of the room was pleasant.

Haven’t dined here for a while. Good to see the standards were the same! Good menu and quality of food. Will be going again soon! Well done to the team.

Firstly, the food was lovely. Our drinks and food order was taken in good time, though we did feel that we were rushed. Our table was being cleared as we were still eating, including a plate that was still being eaten from. We therefore didn’t feel that we wanted to stay any longer for another drink.

Excellent service and food

We love everything about Bacchus especially the service. The staff are wonderful attentive but not overpowering. We highly recommend it to everyone we know.

Yet again, excellent food, friendly service another all round good night, oh and the Malbec wine was pretty good too.

Fabulously charming Italian restaurant in Chester. Had a truly tasty meal last night with some great mixology cocktails . All 3of us had the grilled fish selection with sides of peas and pancetta and fried courgette sticks . Portion size was just enough and cooked beautifully . The attention to detail in service was a joy to see . We finished with home made tiramisu and gelato again tasting wonderful and cooked classically Italian . The bill total including drinks was £150 which in this day and age and to be served so very well was a great result . Thankyou to all the staff who cooked or served us last night it truly made our mums 79 birthday a great success

Had the most wonderful dining experience with a colleague. The staff were delightful and very hospitable. Look forward to our next visit.

Enjoyed a fabulous meal with 2 of my adult children at Birchwood Spice last night. The onion bhaji’s are the best I have ever had. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only negative I have was the waiter failed to ask what meat we wanted for the Balti, chicken or lamb. My son wanted chicken but was served lamb. The balti was still lovely but he still would have preferred the chicken and no reason the give lower rating. This is not our first visit and will definitely return again.

Food was good but we had to wait an hour and 10 minutes between starter and main course without explanation. We will not be returning.

My husband and I went for Sunday lunch yesterday and the food was absolutely gorgeous. I was very very impressed. It was just like a home cooked roast and everything was cooked to perfection. I would 100% recommend going for Sunday lunch and you won’t be disappointed. The portion size was good too and the staff were extremely friendly. The pub is dog friendly too

Food was lovely and the staff are all very helpful and attentive.
