Excellent ambience, staff and food. Simply - The Best!!!!

Brought son and daughter in law, on holiday from Bristol.Fabulous meal, atmosphere very pleasant, service perfect. Evening rounded off by most beautiful sunset we’ve ever seen.

Another excellent afternoon tea in a lovely setting. The hotel grounds are really beautiful, and after dining, we sat out in the gardens, making the whole event really special. Many thanks to all the staff. We will be back.

We had a nice afternoon tea on Thursday. The food was good but there wasn’t much atmosphere in the room where it was served it wasn’t very welcoming and a bit too formal a setting for a relaxed meal. Also I had specified that the tea was a celebration of a 70 th birthday and special request I had asked could a cupcake or similar have either a candle on it or some icing saying happy birthday. Neither were provided.

A fabulous meal as always, with excellent friendly service.

Ate early doors yesterday evening. Fantastic food and excellent service. Loved the desserts and will definitely be back.

Regularly visit for dinning. Friendly staff, good menu, reasonable prices and tasty food. We ate inside but they do have a lovely outdoor seating area and there is plenty of parking.

Always excellent- especially nice with doors to pavement open.

After many years of not visiting I was outstanded at the consistency of this venue… It was mine and my husbands Birthday destination, sadly my husband no longer with us, I hadn’t returned. My best neighbours “ever” deserved a Birthday destination . They absolutely loved it, and so did I. It was exactly how I remembered with the excellent cocktails, and the fabulous menu, and delicious food! Just perfect… the staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. Thank You, and we will be back soon xxxx

Haven’t been here for years as we live 300 miles away, but fancied a trip down memory lane whilst in the area. The experience was fantastic. Warm service. Great decor. Most importantly, the food was delicious, hearty, full of flavour and great for sharing. It’s interpretations of international dishes, which is quite retro these days so nice to revisit. We’d definitely return.

Went there for a birthday, staff went above and beyond making sure drink was there before we arrived and having a sign to celebrate. Food amazing as always Top chefs and amazing staff x

We had a wonderfully Sunday roast The food was great and good service. Won't hesitate to visit again.

My Mum and I enjoyed a beautiful afternoon tea experience at the Mere Court hotel. The quality of the food was fantastic and equally matched by the service we received from the waitress who was very accommodating and made our experience even more enjoyable. I look forward to returning to try out the wider food menu!

The best restaurant in Cheshire! Wonderful food and service every time and an excellent wine list. The staff are attentive without being intrusive and the food is top quality.
