Visited from crewe Friday night ,first time for 20 years , unbelievable service and food! Wow. So glad we made the trip z fabulous ambiance, service and food and drinks were excellent!

What an amazing night we had!! Pre Christmas Catch up with my friend from school days and we were blown away with the food - service - and fantastic atmosphere. We are already planning our next visit ☺️ Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best Rissoto ever tasted and lively light flavoured pasta. Definitely recommend, little jewel restaurant in Chester.

Food was lovely but so many thinks not available on the menu( we were booked in for 12:30 so would not have sold out. Service was very slow considering it wasn’t particularly busy

Always have great service and the food was amazing 10 out of 10 no complaints about are whole experience.

The pub is bright and well laid out. Service was a bit rushed and chaotic. Generally food okay. We had a nice evening but thought it a bit miserable that they gave 3 of our group of 7 Christmas crackers and serviettes and not all of us just because we didn’t all order from the Christmas menu!

First visit and not disappointed . Enjoyed everything about this place Food, atmosphere , service spot on . Will definitely be back when visiting the area again . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

We’ve been several times and find it great value for money. Lovely linens & crockery. Initial coffee was warm, hence the 4/5, this quickly replaced with hot coffee. The coffee is very strong, so I chose tea. Would definitely visit again.

The food was great and service was very good plus a nice atmosphere.The belly pork,mashed potatoes,Red cabbage was cooked to perfection plus my wife said her meal with roast potatoes was also very nice.

Visited with friends for the first time in too long. This is a restaurant that sticks to what it knows best which is excellent Italian food, great service and a warm hospitable atmosphere. Chesters greatest hidden gem for decades. On another note and as an indication of how well the staff welcome their customers they were looking after a couple who were both blind and treated them to such a special and caring evening. You could tell how much this couple appreciated the whole experience.

Food is excellent value with a variety of choice. Served by very friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make our visit memorable. .
