We were both really impressed with all of our three courses that we picked. Really tasty and presented really well too. Staff were very attentive. We enjoyed it so much on our first nights stay locally that we booked there and then to go back on our last night too. Highly recommend!

My husband had the apple crumble cheesecake and said it was one of the best puddings he had ever had! Staff were very friendly and welcoming, we would definitely eat there again if we were in the area.

Goody Blake’s – GrasmereSunday dinner may never be this good again, cured salmon to start was just a delight, the two us then went for Sunday roast, beef and lamb, both dishes were exquisite, so tasty and so well presented, and for us the perfect balance of everything that goes onto the plate. When we called in to eat on the previous Wednesday evening (which was also superb) we were told how good the Sunday dinner was, and in no way did it disappoint, quite honestly the best we’ve ever had, just wonderful.
