Has the chorizo filled chicken breast and partner had duck. Absolutely beautiful. Food was outstanding. Service was outstanding. Highly recommended. Beautiful birthday meal for Ruth.

Excellent service, very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. All in all a really nice evening.

Food quality and taste was incredible, and service was very attentive. While overall value was good, the sea bass portion size was too small - ravioli was the lead ingredient, with sea bass being a minor component.

Lovely second visit to Grants and once again we were not disappointed. The food was lovely, the service - couldn’t have been better and the atmosphere just perfect for a couples meal. Excellent value for money too. Will be back soon.

We dined on the first sitting so eat before 2pm on a Thursday. Pub was very quiet which was nice. Two starters baked Brie and the Thai fish cake both lovely. Mains we had the beef curry and chicken and leek pie. Again really nice, the amount of food is great they don’t skimp on the meat portion's. We always book each time we visit Keswick

Booked online for Sunday Lunch and were extremely impressed with the food. Home cooked food with roasted vegans all the trimmings. We brought our dog as we were visiting the Lakes and they were happy for him to sit with us x The menu was great and staff were warm and friendly too.

The food was brilliant and the local ale was also brilliant. Service were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend going to the Badger Bar.

We had a very nice meal on 12th July 2024 for 6 people, the food was good and some different dishes on the menu to the normal fare in Lakeland restaurants, which is always good. The staff were all very helpful and quick on a busy evening. Well done!

Have been to the Glen Rothay many times and keep going back. Great atmosphere and the food is excellent.

Really happy with the service recieved from booking a large party in to actually getting the food out all on time. We had to pre book as we were such a large party of +20 people, but it made it really easy when it came to everyone getting fed promptly and at the same time. The upstairs area was a lovely atmosphere with its own bar, which was really nice.

The gentleman who served us was very pleasant but out of his depth. The waitress never smiled.. An essential if you are working in the restaurant business.. If you are serving 7 people with food surely at least two people could carry out plates at the same time to stop the first dishes arriving beginning to get cold. Gravy with Cumberland fairly ordinary. Much tastier at other pubs I have been to.
