This pub was recommended to us by the B&B we were staying at. We booked for dinner and were very impressed. Food and service were outstanding.

I dined at adriano's on Wednesday evening to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday, I was greeted by name which is a lovely touch, the staff are always very friendly and helpful, the food is amazing, extremely tasty and great value for money, will definitely be back

Visited here with my family including a young baby and all the staff and the service were excellent from start to finish and couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful to us, and the food was really top notch as well with a really good range of options. If you haven’t visited here before you need to give it a try and you won’t be disappointed.10/10

Great meal in a comfortable, cosy, friendly setting.

32 of us visited the restaurant as part of our golf trip to Carlisle. From the moment I contacted the restaurant 3 weeks before we received a very professional and customer friendly approach and experience. I liaised with Jane regarding menus and our choices of starters and mains in advance. On arrival we were met by Rachel and shown to an upstairs private room, which was perfect for our group. The team allocated to us served us with distinction over the next few hours and we had a great time. We will certainly be back.

Atmosphere was good but food disappointing. Starters were nice but coq au vin was chunks of chicken on top of a sauce that was too sweet. Dessert was thrown together and not nice.

We ate here late on Sunday The staff were lovely really attentive but stayed away enough to see if you needed anything but not hung over you The food was amazing I had lamb Henry and mash and my partner had steak pie We had Thai fishcake and baked Camembert for starters We will be back if we’re in the area Thank you for getting it right!
