Wok Wow – Blackpoolits a bit way out from the north end of Blackpool but worth every penny of the taxi fare, the place is grate the service is grate and the fish and chips and peas where to die for only we haven't because we wont to go back again see you soon
The Cottage – BlackpoolWe stumbled across Sapori at around 6PM on a Saturday evening. The exterior and interior decor is top notch and led us to expect quite an expensive menu, so we were really surprised when we checked the menu in the window. Fortunately we were lucky enough to get a table for four with no booking (it was the last one available and several people were turned away over the next hour or so).. The service was courteous and we were given a friendly welcome. It felt as though the staff were really happy in their jobs. Now to the food.... The starters were good quality and good portions The "piatta per due" at £9.,99 for two was exceptional. Pizza, Pasta and the Pollo Diavolo were well received. The meal was finished with amaretto and an excellent espresso (typical Italian style).. All in all this was a very pleasant meal and proved to be great value for money.. 8/10
Sapori – Blackpoolexcellent cuisine, great fresh food friendly service and a good selection i always opt for the special kebab with the homemade chillin sauce with is nice and hot!!i have these every week naughty lol
Cyprus TakeAway – Poulton-Le-FyldeI visited the Red Fort on 23rd October and the restaurant was busy. Nonetheless service was speedy but not rushed and the staff were attentive to customer needs. The menu was varied and well explained so that a new customer to the cuisine would be able to make an informed choice. Having had a starter, main course with nan bread and 3 drinks, the total bill was very reasonable. i would certainly take friends and family there for a meal and would recommend Red Fort to anyone.
Red Fort – LythamTen of us including two children of 6 and 4 booked a table at NUNZIO's restaurant for my husband's birthday. What a mistake!!They were completely incompetent, surly and rude!We waited 1hour ten minutes to order then the food was thrown at us!We asked for water and bread as the garlic bread we had ordered had not turned up.My husband who is Italian and my brother in law both sent their pasta back as it was inedible-only to get involved in a slanging match with Nunzio who was rude and aggressive.
Fantastic cafe, we have gone for breakfast on many Saturday mornings over the past couple of years. Really friendly staff.
Coffee Pot – BlackpoolI found Pablos very friendly and food nice and very good to fit wheelchairs in as we had 4 elderly people with us in wheelchairs and others bad on their feet it was a large chippy to cope with us all, However i must say PLEASE PLEASE get a DISABLED TOILET IN THERE. after a long trek for people bad on their feet of in wheelchairs down narrow corridors only to find there are no disabled toilets only one slightly bigger by a few inches with a bar to hold on to and no room for anyone to assist them i find it hard to accept this in our day and age and thought that it was a legal requirement to have one so PLEASE update and i will look forward to taking them all back next year, Many thanks Sue
Pablo’s Fish and Chips – BlackpoolA large group of us went here for my nephew’s 18th and I must say I was impressed. I hadn’t been to The Grand since a wedding some years back and things have changed a great deal. There’s a lovely terrace now out front which is ideal for drinks when the sun is shining (which it was). The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the young female European maitre d’. The interior has a real modern vibe, good lighting and chill-out tunes. If you’ve been to Pulcinella in Cleveleys it’s kind of similar in terms of the upmarket, metro-style ambience. A good menu choice too with sharing plates. All in all, a breath of fresh air for the local dining scene.
Cafe Grand – Grand Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaHad lunch at the station at the weekend and enjoyed what has to be the best steak and ale pie I have ever tasted in a pub. Plenty of lean and tender beef with just the right amount of pastry and triple-cooked chips. I'm surprised there weren't more people eating there to be honest because it's the best pub food in Lytham. My missus had gammon which could have benefited from some peas as she resorted to trying to steal mine. Will keep returning till I've got through the menu.
Station Pub and Grill – LythamI don't Agree with all your other reviewers I have had a bad meal at this restaurant and wont be going again. You should be fair and show all reviews good or bad and you so obviously only print good ones. This does not give a fair picture I have friends who have also had bad meals there so it was not just a one off. Give the wider picture.
The service is spot on and highly recommended the food, I have never had a bad word about this fishery, also has a warming atmosphere, A++
273 The Fishery – BisphamI tried this chipshop once and I will never go back there chips taste and look like microwave chips, also the attitude of the staff is very distasteful and in welcome like, also if there fish was any more oily they would have to be shut down by the food healthy and safety regulations. I recommend no one to go there
Fishers Plaice – BlackpoolI went to the Zen restaurant last night with my sister, mum and two young nieces. The food was lovely - we had the Chinese banquet, and while the fare was similar to that served in many chinese restaurants, it was presented in a contemporary way which raised it above the ordinary, and all of the food seemed to be freshly cooked and made from quality ingredients. The other thing which raised the meal out of the ordinary was the service. The waiter, Ernest, (not a common Chinese name - I think he was actually Italian!) could not have been more charming, and he made my nieces feel totally at ease, and returned to our table several times just to check that they were enjoying themselves. The decor is very chic, the prices were reasonable, and I would not hesitate to visit again on my next visit to the Blackpool area.
The Zen Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaHad a wonderful meal here last week. Good service, food and wine. The best place to eat in that area.
Went here on a monday evening, Had the early bird menu which has a lovely choice & value for money. Was very impressed with the food/service. Just what blackpool needed a nice new restaurant with great food.
Sapori – BlackpoolHaving just got back from a grown up lads weekend in Blackpool i have to say what a fantastic meal i had with my friends last Friday. The recommendation to go to China Red away from the main drag of Blackpool was spot on. Generous portions, charming service and great atmosphere. Anyone on an away trip in the Blackpool area should put this on your list of must go there. Terry from essex.
China Red – Poulton-Le-FyldeWe've had two wonderful meals since the restaurant opened and going again tonight! Decor's great, prices realistic and food mouthwatering. Best steak I've had for a very long time!
