The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallExcellent Tapas - best I’ve had in a while!
Bread and Butter – PrestonAnother fabulous couple of hours spent at one of our favourite places. Excellent service from the lovely team. Gorgeous food and our favourite wine. This is a lovely place to eat out or just have a couple of drinks. It’s comfortable and classy. The menu is very varied with a specials board also. Good value for money. Highly recommend.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallIt’s always a treat to go to Bread & Butter! The staff are very welcoming and the food is first class. On this visit I met a friend for breakfast. She chose an amazing bowl of granola and I had a small English Breakfast. I love the breakfast there and can totally recommend it! The staff were very attentive through the meal and nothing was too much trouble! 5 stars Bread and Butter!
Bread and Butter – PrestonBeen here several times and recommend for tasty food, and CDJ’s expanding offerings. It really didn’t disappoint. Took advantage of the ‘Chippy Tea’ Friday menu,. We both opted for fish chowder, and the pie of the days with chunky chips. Delicious food and ‘My Nan’s’ custard tart was the best I’ve ever had, full marks to the Restaurant team, with thank!
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenWe're stayed at the Trawden Arms for one night whilst we were walking on the Brönte Way. It was lovely. The meal was very good ( with excellent service from a very pleasant waiter). Our room was very clean and comfortable. Top marks.
Trawden Arms – ColneLovely food and lovely staff, very pleasant and could not do enough to please
Griffins Head Bar and Grill – AccringtonAn absolutely beautiful place.Staff always pleasant and attentive.Food, can't tell you, been going for 20 yrs so it speaks for itself.Constistancy is key and the chef should be applauded.GORGEOUS food every time. I think the customers ,well the regular long timers should be introduced to the chef.If it wasn't for the chef the customer would not keep coming back.Well done to the chef.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkEnjoyed our first dining experience here for our wedding Anniversary, the service was quick with very pleasant smiley and helpful staff. We ordered a variety of dishes which was all delicious, we were warned that fishes come out as and when ready but they all came out perfectly. The food was good and very flavoursome although we did find the chips to be too salty but that is probably down to our taste. We will definitely be back to try more dishes
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenWe went here on Friday for my Husbands birthday and had around 8/9 dishes. The food has always been good but we had some of the specials and they were absolutely exquisite. The seabass was cooked to absolutely perfection along with all of the other fish dishes. The cocktails were delicious too, my husband even commented on how amazing his was and he isn't a cocktail drinker. The service was great, 2 girls who were very attentive. Back soon!!!
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallEnjoyed a really nice meal this week. Starters and mains were excellent. Good friendly service. Nice welcome. Well done.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkHad a family meal on Tuesday 13th. Service was very good and attentive. Food arrived promptly, was hot and absolutely delicious. Extensive menu to choose from so only complaint is spoilt for choice !!
Papa Luigis – ChorleyHad a family meal on Tuesday 13th. Service was very good and attentive. Food arrived promptly, was hot and absolutely delicious. Extensive menu to choose from so only complaint is spoilt for choice !!
Papa Luigis – ChorleyWe dined here as we have eaten a good Sunday roast previously at The Trader’s Arms. A rather plain menu ,but with well cooked food . We shared a main course of ribs as a starter .Tasty and plenty for two. Main courses were pepperoni pizza and a steak pie with chips and peas. Again ,plenty of good quality food. We decided to treat ourselves as it was a special anniversary and ordered strawberry trifles. These were disappointing. Hardly any sponge fingers. The jelly was over diluted and the custard seemed tinned! The service was excellent though. Polite, thoughtful and experienced. The general atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnWonderful dinner .. great menu selection , great service, cosy welcoming atmosphere, and most importantly food was top rate .. highly recommended!
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeThe full English breakfast is superb, and friendly staff, excellent value for money
