Great lunch
Papa Luigis – ChorleyWe used to go to the Whitchaff regularly before covid but sadly all our routines changed after lockdown ended. However, we were driving past and decided to go in for old times sake. It was a delight it was warm and welcoming although physically it had changed beyond recognition. It had more a restaurant vibe than the old pub vibe. The menu was excellent something for everyone whatever size your appetites or pockets will allow. Our food was wonderful and everything we remembered and more. We will not leave it as long this time before we return. A very big thank you and well done on the excellent changes.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallExcellent just excellent
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenOutstanding service and food
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleFirst class as always. I usually have a different choice from the breakfast menu (You've got to try the Spanish breakfast) but we were only able to get there for lunchtime. A filter coffee for £2 and the meatballs was just the ticket for a Saturday. A great vibe and staff. Chef coming out and checking on you is a lovely touch and shows they genuinely want you to have a great time. My new favourite place in Chorley. Booking on the website was really easy as well.
Bees Kitchen and Deli – ChorleyAbsolutely loved everything about this place. Staff lovely and attentive, food was fabulously tasty and beautifully presented. The vibe was spot on and all our party said we would come again. We'll done to all involved, you are all superstars.
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenGreat food and a good price A great atmosphere and the service was excellent. Definitely visit again
The Hapton Inn – BurnleyEverything was superb we all enjoyed the evening. You have a great team.
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenGorgeous food and evening spent at bread and butter on a Saturday. We enjoyed the tapas. Can’t wait to go again.
Bread and Butter – PrestonEast efficient online table booking service. This is a Lovely pub and restaurant, we were greeted with a friendly warm Yorkshire welcome and received fantastic service throughout. The staff were brilliant, really attentive, polite and efficient. There was a good, plentiful choice on the food menu, to choose from and the food and drink were excellent. This is undoubtedly a very popular place to eat and drink, dog friendly with a really good cosy atmosphere in quiet relaxing location. Definitely well worth the visit, we had walked 18k over the tops from Rochdale to get there! Highly recommended.
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenI had a lovely birthday celebration meal at CDJ on Saturday. This is the second time I have been and both times the food has been absolutely amazing. The setting is gorgeous and we appreciated everything from the table setting to the fantastic DJ who was playing non stop amazing tunes at just the right volume to allow us to enjoy listening whilst chatting at the same time. We finished of with a gorgeous cocktail each in the bar. Can't wait to go back.

Quattro’s – OrmskirkHad a lovely meal here, food was excellent, good service, nice menu choice.
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeExcellent food service excellent. My favourite place to eat10 out of 10 for me
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeLovely lunch yesterday. I had steak fajita on ciabatta and my friend had pulled pork wrap and we both thoroughly enjoyed them. No room for desserts but we had coffees. Unfortunately I’m of that age where I could have done with a decaf cappuccino but I was told they only did decaf plain coffee (I’m guessing she meant filter coffee? Americano? Instant? Not sure). Anyway I had a normal cappuccino & it was fine. Will definitely be back.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallAlways great food and quick friendy service. Tastey food and usually a doggy bag to take away too. Miss the prawns in a basket though ;)
