Bread and Butter – PrestonFirst time visit with friends who frequent the restaurant. The food was excellent, the wine very nice, good service and nice pleasant atmosphere. Would I come back ,Definitely.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkGood food as usual, staff very pleasant. Would recommend.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnAbsolutely fabulous! My sister and I took our mum here for her 90th birthday lunch. We all chose different meals and all were superb. Large portions so we had trouble clearing our plates but we all gave it a very good go! The 2 young ladies running the bar and serving the meals were very friendly and really efficient and polite. Lovely ambience in the dining room and we were not crowded or rushed. Would definitely recommend the Lunesdale Arms and will certainly be back to try some other items on the exciting menu.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleLovely place to eat and drink food was beautiful lovely evening with wife ..
Quattro’s – OrmskirkExcellent food and plenty of choice. The staff are very friendly and service very good generally.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyExcellent food, staff are so friendly. Lovely ambiance. Great place to eat!
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleWe visit Verdes alot, great atmosphere, staff are lovely, food amazing, highly recommended.
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyThe worst garlic mushrooms ive ever eaten. Muscles were tiny and smelt, the tomato sauce was so bland. The steak was very good and cooked nice but the sauce that covered it was over powering, serve it in a jug. The chicken was dry and chewy and again the tomato sauce was bland and lacking in depth and flavour. The lemon sorbet was like lemon toilet duck...really bad meal. We were rushed, took my starter plate while i was still chewing. Mains came as starters were cleared. And as far as i could see there was no option not to tip...waste of £90. Wont be rushing back or recomending.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkLovely meal, will definitely be back

Bees Kitchen and Deli – ChorleyExcellent service throughout very accommodating beautiful food and location, a cut above the rest 5*
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonWhat a fantastic meal for all of us compliments to the chief. May I also compliment the bar and restaurant staff for their professional but friendly approach made to feel very welcome. Loved the decor and ambience. We will definitely be back. I had the mussels but think the chunks of Chorizo could have been a lot smaller for a such a delicate dish such a waste to leave a lot because they were to big it was to much, but still absolutely delicious. Thank you again
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleGreat food, lovely outdoor area for al fresco dining.
Bread and Butter – PrestonGorgeous food, excellent service and great value for money.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleFood excellent but not impressed that because we had requested seating in the restaurant we were presented with a very limited menu. The reason I had booked was because of the menu I had seen online. When we asked about that menu we were told it was only served in the bar. The restaurant was empty so they decided we could remain there and order the bar menu. Probably would not go back as we loved the menu selection but would not want to eat in the small bar which also accepts dogs.
The Plough At Eaves – PrestonWe booked a table for 6, and as there was no room left in the main restaurant, we opted for a table in the gallery. We got drinks and were left to look at the menu. It was 40 minutes before somebody came to take our orders, after we had to let them know we were ready. I think we had been forgotten as we were the only table up there , even though it wasn’t that busy in the main restaurant. 5 of us ordered starters, which were the usual brilliant standard. Unfortunately, one of the mains, the fish pie, was far from edible. The fish was tough, there was no lovely creamy sauce of any kind in it, and the potato topping was lumpy. It was disappointing , and not eaten. This was ordered by the only person to not have a starter, and they were left starving. After complaining, we did not have to pay for that one meal. All in all, not a brilliant night, which is a shame, as it has been one of our go to restaurants for a while
