Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves food was great,generous and good value. Staff were great and looked after us well, all three of us will be back.

Absolutely STUNNING little place to go and eat. The service is always great and the food is spot on. Very decent portions for the money too. Recently took my mum and nana and they were sharing a main and, without asking, they bought it out split over two plates for them. It really is the little things.

The service was very good and the staff most pleasant. I had fish chowder which was very tasty except I detest REHEATED POTATOES! The potatoes were not good but everything else was tasty. Eton Mess would have been enough for 2 of us but that shows that they are generous helpings!

I visited with my friend on a Thursday evening and ordered a meal which detailed specific ingredients…. The meal was not served as detailed. I sent it back and this was accepted, 5-7 mins later I was offered the menu to choose an alternative as they didn’t have the missing ingredients My friend had nearly finished her meal so I didn’t reorder due to time etc and not wanting to eat alone when she had finished. I would have rather being told they didn’t have all of the ingredients detailed on the meal at the time of ordering as I’d have chosen an alternative. The Garlic bread with cheese was nice

We eat at Verdes quite often, usually for lunch, but we have eaten dinner there too. The food has always been excellent, as has the service. This visit was no different, with fantastic food served by attentive, though not intrusive, waiters.

Had lunch. Chose a pizza which was very nice and some chicken and bacon dirty fries. All very tasty. The people we were with chose a beef ciabatta and a pork ciabatta. They enjoyed their food as well. Service was good.

Brilliant as always. Fantastic staff and the same goes for the food.

We come to Papas at least once a week, the staff are fabulous. We always receive a warm welcome and the food is superb.

I asked whether the veggie satay had mushrooms ( I’m not allergic but they upset my stomach) and was told it hadn’t, when it arrived it contained mushrooms, the waitress was very apologetic, she took it away and they quickly made a fresh one without mushrooms. It was delicious and they took it off the bill. We all make mistakes, it’s how they’re dealt with that matters, so I was quite happy. We were asked if we had any allergies so hopefully if that had been the case the chef would have been informed

A lovely lunchtime visit yesterday where the food, staff members and ambiance were second to none. The menu facilitated a decision from a range of Italian dishes and the salmon main course was really fine. I will definitely be returning quite soon. Thank you Quattro

We stopped for lunch and this was our first visit. We were welcomed and shown to our table. The service was quick and friendly and the food was excellent. Verdes is the best restaurant that we have visited in years and we will definitely return soon.
