We were a table of 4 and whilst the majority of food was good, we had an issue with one dish. One waitress didn't really know what to do and nothing really happened but another waitress came and dealt with it. We were knocked a very small amount of the bill but felt it should've been more or at least the one meal knocked off the bill due to the extent of the issue. However, we would return as the food and feel of the place are overall very good.

we visited site on Saturday 4th November we had a lovely time and the food was perfect. my partner had the lasagne which was both delicious and plentiful, a really good portion. I had the napolitana pizza this was equally tasty. a bottle of wine and two negronis rounded off a great visit which fell on my birthday so I could not have asked for a nicer evening.

The food was gorgeous and views were amazing , a lovely restaurant . We thoroughly enjoyed our visit , and would definitely return and recommend to friends and family .

As always excellent! the best food and service for miles around

We were very early, first customer in which is the reason for down scoring on atmosphere. The service was excellent from all staff, including both greeting and saying goodbye. Prices were a little on the high side, but having said that the food was very good with decent quantities. All in all, if I was visiting Lancaster again in the evening I would certainly go to the Sultan of Lancaster.

Lovely gem - second time we’ve been and will definitely be back. We went towards the end of service on a Friday night but were neither rushed or received anything other than brilliant and v attentive service. The food was exquisite! The owner recommended Seabass Saltimboca and I was glad I took her advice. We had a lovely time within a reasonable budget even with wine. Just perfect!

Booked to celebrate a birthday and was not disappointed. Fantastic atmosphere and food. The staff were super efficient, professional and friendly. They made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend Papas, they cater for all occasions.

Very busy due to fell running competition but service was excellent. Food quality not compromised either. Excellent. Would definitely rebook.

My friend & I ate at Toms Table on Friday 3rd November 2023. We would like to compliment the staff (both kitchen & front of house) for a lovely experience. The service was good & the food was fabulous - a delightful experience that we will hopefully get back to soon!

The food was excellent, and the ambiance was enhanced by the way in which the staff were so attentive and efficient. A very pleasant, enjoyable experience.

Been quite a few times never disappoints

90mins to drink 8 cocktails is not enough unless you really rush, therefore no where near value for money, only managed 3 drinks plus the food Staff and food amazing though

Amazing as always. Food delicious in a great atmosphere. Service was fantastic. Our waitress with the blonde hair was very attentive.

We have been going to Quatros for 20 years, the food is good and consistent, it would be good if the specials were changed on a regular basis to create variety
