Bread and Butter – PrestonQuite simply a great all round evening. Menu gave quality choices over a wide range of different ingredients. Making the evening one to remember.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleAn absolute gem of a place to eat, talk, drink and be happy. The food is always excellently made, presented, served and tastes great. A great atmosphere and very professional staff adds to the Cicchetti experience.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallOnce again a delicious meal at A'vucciria. We went on easter Monday with friends. The place was jam packed. Despite this the service was excellent as always, the staff are very friendly and accommodating even when they are flat out. Delicious food, my brother particularly loves the spare ribs in smokey BBQ sauce. I have a constant craving for their seafood whether its their chargrilled octopus, huge garlic prawns or juicy oysters natural. This time we tried a few different dishes, lamb kebabs with yoghurt sauce, chic pea fritters and a crunchy green bean dish topped with gooey melting cheese. I love how its served tapas style but the portions are much larger than usual tapas. We had dessert for a change. An enormous cannoli filled with sweet ricotta, pistachios, orange zest and choc chips. It was delicious. I honestly dont have a bad word to say about this restaurant and I eat put locally a couple of times a week.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallGreat food great service and atmosphere couldn’t fault it. Would highly recommend this little Gem.
Toms Table – ClitheroeExcellent food and service as always. Authentic Italian tapas, highly recommended.

Whins Green KitchenMyself and partner had a meal on Easter Monday, I ordered the sea bass which was lovely, my partner ordered the sirloin steak and requested that the pepper corn sauce to be served separately, his steak was covered in it ! We tried to get someone’s attention, I don’t know if they were short staffed but he ended up just eating it , he couldn’t really enjoy the steak as the sauce overpowered it, also we both ordered a side of roast potatoes and vegetables, one dish was served, presumed it was for both of us but it was definitely not enough potatoes for two people even though we’re not big eaters. It’s a shame because my fish was lovely and the steak was cooked perfectly except for swimming in pepper corn sauce.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkGood food, Very friendly service and great atmosphere. Will definitely go again.
Bread and Butter – PrestonIt was my first visit here and I took my friend to lunch for her birthday and what a treat we both had. The food was delicious, with a creative menu and plenty of choice for people with allergies, vegan and vegetarian. We had a great service and will definitely be returning. Its a lovely cosy atmosphere tucked into the middle of the town but in a quiet location. Perfect !!
Toms Table – ClitheroeWe had a lovely meal here on Good Friday, sat outside in the glorious sun. The food was great and the Sydney's sharing platter in particular was delicious. Staff were good fun and very accommodating when we decided to forgo the restaurant setting and sit outside. It is really nice inside also though!
Sydney’s of Lancaster – LancasterIt was my first visit to Whins Green and it did not disappoint! The position of the restaurant is lovely, with our table having views across open countryside, so relaxing! The food was delicious, both well cooked and nicely presented and nothing seemed too much trouble. We will be back soon.
