Anatolia Grill – St HelensIt was a very busy time that we ate Sunday. The restaurant was full with staff running around endlessly. We did arrive early & there was nowhere initially for my 90 year old grandad to sit until they re-arranged the table for us. The waiting staff tried their best but I can’t help but think that a co-ordinator was needed to ease the flow somewhat & ensure they were dealing with what was needed at the time. Some of our food was wrong, things we’d asked to be removed & my wife found a slice of plastic food wrapper in her food, which was refunded. We missed the Sunday dinner too as it wasn’t on your menu but instead on a board near the gents toilets. There was a large table that complained & the lady was very hostile towards a staff member who looked close to tears. Having that co-ordinator there to speak to the public if there are any issues would have been ideal as I really did feel for the girl who got the brunt of the orders being incorrect. It really shouldn’t have been for her to deal with. Overall however we loved the food other than the wrapper mishap. Atmosphere I’ve scored low, it did feel like we were in the middle of a whirl wind at times, food flying past, cutlery being taken from the cabinet etc. Service was great the young staff really did do their best. Value for money scored highest, good quality food at a price I was more than happy to pay. We will be back but maybe at a quieter time Well done to all the waiting staff, they deserve a little treat & a huge well done Little extra would have been colouring books, pencils for the table behind just to keep kids occupied at the table :-)

The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallWe stayed the night at the golden ball in one of the pods we went for an evening meal I had steak pie my partner had fish and chips. I must admit it’s one of the nicest meals I’ve had in a long time. The service was fantastic people very very friendly. had a fabulous time. Thank you very much hope to see you all again
The Golden Ball Hotel – MorecambeGreat choices on the menu, wonderful meal and the service was excellent. Definitely will go back.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkWonderful!
Toms Table – ClitheroeA breakfast trip for two. Booked online with ease. Service from entering to leaving was great. Food was fantastic and nice coffee too. Not our first visit and won’t be our last!
Bread and Butter – PrestonVery enjoyable lunch. Need another member of staff, waitress run off her feet.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnLove this place. Always right, never any problems. Staff more than excellent. Food, you just know it’s going to be good. What more needs saying. Thank you for being there.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkFrom the very warm welcome to a cheery goodbye we were looked after superbly during our visit. Although I had booked for 1230hrs I was unaware that High Tea wasn’t till 1400hrs!?!?!? DOH! No worries, my wife and I plumped for window seats giving an excellent view of the local countryside. Hares, Buzzards and a host of smaller birds were a welcome addition to the view, the service and the excellent experience of our visit. Wife chose Encheladas and I tge Thai Penang Curry both were excellent. The meal was finished off with a slice of Dairy Free Lemon cake too big for one, luckily the staff brought an extra fork!!!! Final Verdict, we will be back!
Whins Green KitchenGreat relaxed atmosphere with terrific food.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallLovely meal can recommend
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallAbsolutely excellent tapas. Never had a bad meal here and extremely friendly and helpful staff
Bread and Butter – PrestonAbsolutely excellent tapas. Never had a bad meal here and extremely friendly and helpful staff
Bread and Butter – PrestonSadly, last nights meal was a disappointment because the side of cooked vegetables were over cooked and rubbery. Normally they are excellent.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyWhat can I say! Brilliant from the warm welcome we got from all staff upon entering and heading to our table. The drinks were great and all the food we had was very Yumi!! Highly recommend this restaurant!! Will definitely be heading back with our family.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkGreat service from the staff every time we’ve visited. They are a credit to this place. Friday night tapas is good. Lots of choice and quite big portions . Chicken tenders were slightly overcooked but better than being undercooked I suppose. Saturday night street food also good. A desert menu would make it even better. Brunch options are good. I think it would be good to offer sandwiches/paninis for people wanting a lighter opinion. We will continue to return.
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonAs usual great food and service with a smile , wonderful AAA+++
