We had a fabulous Sunday dinner. The food was perfection, as was the service. We didn’t have starters as the mains were so substantial but they looked amazing. The deserts were wonderful too. We will be back soon.

We booked for 11 for a family meal and unfortunately 1 member of my family who was travelling 230 miles to attend had a heart problem and was admitted to hospital via A&E . Despite notice and a restaurant that was not full they retained as a penalty £40 for the 4 members who could not travel. I understand the need for deposits to avoid cancellation but this was in addition to the meals we paid for the remainder 8 attendees. Outrageous...
Babar Elephant – LancasterBusy restaurant with nice atmosphere. Pleasant service and regularly asked about food and if required more drinks etc. Good quality food at very reasonable price. Would very much recommend this place.

Food was quick and nice, it wasn’t my taste to be honest as the pizza was a bit fluffy(base) but the wife loved it so it’s all subjective. What was t subjective was the service. Very well looked after, very kind, welcoming and helpful throughout. I would defo recommend as price was really good too.
