When we ate here it was very busy but the two girls working were very efficient and had a very pleasant manner. The four of us all had different dishes which were all excellent and very good value for money

Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleWe’ve not been for a while but still never let us down. Food excellent, staff excellent and atmosphere fantastic. Loved it and we will definitely go back more often.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkExcellent food and service . Would recommend
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeWe have enjoyed meals here many times, we love the food, surroundings and helpful staff. Recently we held our Golden Wedding Celebration there with 20 family and friends. It was a very special evening. We hired the private room and had it all to ourselves. The food was served promptly and was delicious as usual. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Thank you to all concerned for making our evening so special.
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenFour of us came for a meal and all of us totally enjoyed all courses Many thanks
Quattro’s – OrmskirkFour of us went for lunch and all the food was very tasty. 3 x steak pies and gammon and 3 deserts. Portion sizes were great. Service was a bit slow to say it was just after 12 and pretty quiet. Bit pricy, but a lovely place and nice staff.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallThe Steak and Stilton pie was gorgeous an absolute taste explosion, will definitely be back for a second helping
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallGood portion sizes, fab service, at a reasonable price point. We had 2 course from the lunch menu, 2 course for £14.99. There was a good variety of dishes on offer, cooked to order and delicious. Welcoming atmosphere, good parking and pleasant view of the pond. Service was attentive but not overly so, just right. Will definitely return.
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyFriendly atmosphere and good service as on previous visits here. Good food, decent portions and at reasonable prices. One of our favourite places for a relaxed meal.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnSunday lunch was a treat
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenAnother great meal. We really have become regulars here. The food is always good and the staff so welcoming. Strongly recommend the mussel starter and seabass main if you like fish!
Quattro’s – OrmskirkA Hidden Gem ! Food, scenery, location, amazing Staff are so welcoming and friendly I love this place !
The Shepherds Rest Inn – Todmorden5 star!
Bread and Butter – PrestonFood, staff and atmosphere were fantastic as always. We love the specials!
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallMy son and I visit quiet often and have found that It can be a bit hit or miss. It can be exceptionally good but can also be quite poor. This time was a poor time. My halloumi cheers dish was burnt and my sons grilled fillet of seabass was full of bones. If it had been our first time there we would not be going back. We've decided to give it a rest for a while and try elsewhere. My son did inform the waitress about the bones but all he got was an apology sent from the kitchen.
Papa Luigis – ChorleySat eve tapas. Excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend. No complaints from 5 adults all with a varying palette
Bread and Butter – PrestonWe arrived a little bit before the time we were booked in and were shown to the booth as we had requested on our booking. The food was delicious. The staff were efficient and friendly. The atmosphere was far too noisy for us - we couldn’t hear each other speak. The service was a bit mixed up in that we received mixed bread and oil part way through the meal and a cold dish at the end of the meal when all the other dishes were finished. We understand that dishes are served when they are ready but would expect the cold dishes to appear first? We had a lovely meal but didn’t spend as much time as we usually do having a meal because we could not have a chat with our friends at the table.
