A’Vucciria – RawtenstallFirst time eating here and will definitely go again. Food was excellent, service was excellent and good value, £138 for four mains, a kids meal, 5 desserts and three drinks. Not sure how to mark atmosphere as we were the earliest available booking and were the only ones there but it was getting busier as we left.

Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyVaried menu so there was something to suit everyone. I loved the tempura cauliflower and my other half said the pulled lamb special was really tasty. The service was friendly and prompt and it’s a pleasant, traditional pub atmosphere - that’s why we’re regulars !!

Bread and Butter – PrestonFirst time we have been there and had something to eat. We had the Charcuterie Plate, the Cheese Board and a Baked Camembert. All very nice and washed down with a few bottles of wine. Good selection of beers and wine, the staff are very friendly, would definitely recommend a visit. The Independent bars around Chorley are definitely smashing it, all of them seemed busy, which was good to see around the the town.
