Went to Sambuca Fri 1st Dec for an early meal. We had booked 4pm and the restaurant had a lovely christmasy atmosphere. We ordered pollo sambuca, with fries and veg. It arrived in a timely manner and it was divine. The staff were friendly and efficient. Would recomend.

The staff were extremely tentative, polite and deserve all the praise which comes their way. They were/are very professional and friendly. The food was first class as was the dining experience and the atmosphere. I would highly recommend The Snug & Chatter and when back in Wetherby we will dine there again.
